Wow, FANTASTIC service! My salesperson, Mat, was very friendly and helpful. I was in need of a new pair of Ray Bans, as mine left me during a rather blurry evening at Put-​In-​Bay, and cannot stand squinting and driving. The problem was, I LOVED my old aviators, and have never been able to find that shade of reddish lenses and frames.
Mat was helpful in my quest, and though we were unable to replicate, I left very happy with a very nice new pair of Ray Bans, with polarized lenses no less! Furthermore, I received a 10% off VIP discount which made the money a bit more palatable. Their shops are pretty cookie cutter as far as set-​up, men’s to the left, women’s to the right, and I’ve always found their staff to be very helpful.
