Sunoco

I purchased a Blu Studio X Plus phone from the Sunoco located at 2570 N. High St. Columbus, OH 43 202. They adimately insured I would be able to use this unlocked phone on my Verizon service. I took my phone to Verizon and was told that it was not only a totally different frequency than they used; but you can only use Verizon phones on their service. The friendly clerk assisted me for 20 minutes before we realized it would not work. She inserted a Sim card holder with the hopes that it would activate. I left returned to this Sunoco and was told harshly to return to Verizon and demand they activare my device. I attempted to reason with them; but they instead chose to insult and yell at me. I was told to have them remove the Sim spacer and if Verizon broke it they would be responsible for it’s replacement. I am not stupid and know this was not the case. I removed the spacer and returned to the station only to discover that I was out of luck. They lied to my face and told me I broke the device and there was nothing they would do. I will never, ever enter this establ I sh m ent again. And if you are in the market for an unlocked device I recommend you avoid them too.
