Placed an order online. Took 3 weeks for order to make it to my house. When it arrived, the order was incomplete. Frustrated, I called and asked for them to send me a return label being that it took WAY too long for the items to arrive and coupled with the fact that the order was incomplete. They told me no and that I could pay to return the items if I liked.
I will not be going back. EVER.

While a bit of a drive from campus, think 3 minutes, its worth a trip. They have very friendly staff and a lot of them at that. Nice when you need to be quick.
They have a large detectible every member of the buckeye family including pets kids and even maternity shirts. The biggest selection being mens. I went in looking for warm clothes for the game, I was almost over whelmed by the choices. I ended up getting more than I needed but very happy with my choices and total price.
The parking at this shopping center is kind of annoying. Limited spots for a lot of popular businesses. Be prepared to wait for a spot.

Canal Winchester, OH
Located in the Shops on Lane Avenue complex near campus, you’d think The Buckeye Room would be more aimed at college students than it is. This OSU apparel store offers the most predictably bland selection of t-​shirts, sweatshirts, jerseys and whatnot imaginable. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen most of this stuff at Kroger during football season.
I suppose the presence of several larger, more thorough shops that are closer to campus on High Street might mean students aren’t coming out here. Maybe this is for all the alumni and parents who just come for football games and want to do their shopping in the more suburban atmosphere of Lane Ave.
