I called in for some information and help, I was modestly returned with bad treatment by the beautiful Sandra. She belittled me and was quite rude. The phone call was held in a very unprofessional manner. She tried to explain how she is a franchise store and they are do things differently than the «UPS.» I can understand if someone may have a bad day, but that does not excuse for unprofessional service. I would not give them my business. I hope UPS will pull on their leash an create a better image for their company.

My neighborhood UPS closed suddenly and it took me a while to find a replacement with friendly staff. There is one down the street from me but the manager/​owner/​whatever is rude as heck. So I go out of my way to frequent this particular branch. Everyone is really nice and always willing to give me a drop off receipt (small request but you’d be surprise the tantrum people through when you ask for it). It’s a small branch but it’s clean, well-​organized and full of tape, boxes and mailing supplies– just as one would expect. This is probably the best mailing service store in NW Columbus. I highly recommend it.
