Horrible customer service. No hellos/​thank yous or your welcomes. The employees could care less about their customers. The French Vanilla caps are watery. Will not go to this location again. What was I expecting though. This is the west side. Ridiculous.

The amount of stupidity of the people working here right now at this very exact moment is world-​record-​breaking. Can’t get a panini right not even if their life’s depended on it.

Woke up early to go get my wife some breakfast and she was craving the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. So, I ordered that with 2 hash browns and 3 doughnuts. She asked for the doughnuts so I told her, she hit the buttons on the register and I paid. I stood to the left so the line behind me can get through and order. So, I get the biscuit and hash browns but no doughnuts. I stood there for a little over 5 minutes and I head a lady shout to the girl who rung me out «Ask that gentleman is everything ok» she asked and I said where are my doughnuts? She said Oh yeah, I forgot. Didn’t say sorry or anything. She asked what I ordered and I said the Nutella doughnut, the strawberry and chocolate dip. She says ok, what was it again? I told her, she grabs the Nutella and says «What was the other two?» I told her. She grabs the second one and says «What was the third one?» By the time I got home the biscuit and hash browns were cold and I live only 2 miles away. Thankfully that lady yelled at her because I feel she would have left me standing there even longer.

Awesome doughnuts! Visit here frequently. The cashier was very pleasant as well. Restaurant very clean. Tim bits are a must for anyone who hasn’t had them!

Love Tim Hortons caramel macchiato, toasted bacon turkey club and peanut butter cookies for desert. My daughter said mom you have to try this sandwich you will love it! She’s right I do. The staff were very helpful and my food was above par.

A+ Hands down my favorite tim hortons in this area… which would include 5 locations. always accurate. always friendly. always fast. Keep up the great work.

Donuts are delicious. I really love their sour cream and the regular cream filled. If only they made some kind of chai tea latte I wouldn’t need starbucks anymore!
