I order Tim Hortons coffee all over town and this location serves the best cup in town. Always consistent and fresh.

Awful! Took 10 minutes just to get small coffee. As I waited by window I could hear arguing and disrespect among employees and managers. Also, they were out of most every food.

Your hours are posted on your drive through window. They say you are open at 3am. We attempted to come through at 4:30am.
When I pulled up to the window to ask when they were going to open, the not-​very-​cordial woman inside waved us off and proclaimed they were closed. She sounded very annoyed. But not more annoyed than us, without our morning coffee.
Try being open on time.

I blame popular culture for making me assume this would be good. Maybe Tim Hortons actually are good in Canada, but in Ohio it is pretty awful. I had to willfully ignore the steady flow of traffic heading for Pirate Donuts across the street while I was the only person in Tim Hortons. My coffee was forgettable and the breakfast sandwich and donut where no better than what you get at any 7-​eleven. So yea, never going to a Tim Hortons again.
