Went in ask for Apple fritter Tim bits and I pay for everything, he never checked. They had 3 of my 10. So he gives me huge fritters instead. I’m driving in a car that’s why I wanted the small ones.
Get back to my car an talk w my husband only to find out my husband specifically ask for those and they were making fresh. So by that time we were already back in the road. Stupid that mgr and staff don’t communicate. Kids were ignorant. Come on, Tim take pride in training your employees! So basically wasted time and money because they didn’t have what I needed and I got the wrong stuff.

Decent coffee and bakery items are average. Soups and sandwiches are nothing special but also not bad. Typical chain experience.

I ordered the Egg White & Turkey Sausage Sandwich and asked for no cheese. Of course… I get it and it has cheese on. Ordered the same sandwich today and they leave the cheese out this time but gave me regular eggs.
The only positive comment I have for the Polaris Tom Horton’s is that they are speedy but there is no point in being speedy of you get your orders wrong.

Fast but not good. They smash my doughnuts and throw my sandwiches together consistently. Screw it I’m eating healthy from now on. Thanks for nothing Timmy.
