Tim Hortons

I have been going to this Tim Hortons for years! Yes, numerous times of wrong coffee, out of yogurt, wrong food order, not the donut I ordered, don’t have this or that. .. but love that coffee!
Well, two weeks ago, I ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee. I had to repeat the order 4 times because they were all talking so loudly and fooling around. When I arrived at the window, they were still talking. They took my debit card, handed me coffee and I could see they had not started the sandwich. So, I said I need to go, just give me the receipt and I will get it another day (which they have done before when they are busy).
The large woman at the window put her back to me, hands on her hips and yells out to me that the sandwich is almost done! I said «no, it is not, she is just starting it, so forget it and give me the receipt.»
She continues to block my view and tells me it is almost ready — then tells her crew to hurry up so I won’t tell them the next day that I didn’t get my sandwich. Then she hands me a sandwich and I tell her they need to CLOSE! She is yelling at me, as I am driving away!
I get to work. .. wrong sandwich! I call the location, no one ever answers the phone! Where is Zach or another manager?
I have not returned to this location and don’t plan on ever going to this location again!

The Good: this place doesn’t have fights, like the Tim Hortons on Broad. It is also cleaner than the one on Broad. The staff is also very nice.
The Bad: on Sundays the service is largely incompetent, extremely slow, and they frequently are missing things on the menu.
We (usually a large group of us go on Sundays) think the issue is they train new staff or use only new staff on Sundays. It can also get crazy busy if school is in session or there is a big event in town. So your order might be very late (even if they’re empty), you might not get exactly what you ordered or you might have to remind them for things.
I haven’t tried this Tim Hortons on any day except Sunday, so who knows, it might be better during the week.

Last couple of visits couldn’t get what I ordered. One visit no eggs. next visit no oatmeal. Customer service could be enhanced as well.

Place is awful. Very poor service. They never have stock for breakfast sandwiches (even when not busy), and they don’t correct it, when bringing it to the manager’s attention. Three visits in three months, we’re done. Will go to Bob Evans instead.

Worst Tim Hortons EVER! I drive past this one everyday on my way to work and would love to be able to stop and pick up my coffee on the way in but they just can’t seem to get it right! What is so hard about a coffee with 1 cream??? I’ve gotten a double double, extra cream, no cream but not 1 cream!!! I just don’t get it! It seems like every time I go there are new people working there but the result is always the same. I pull up and give my order, I gave to repeat my order, they repeat it back to me wrong, I repeat again, I pull up to the window and they repeat it wrong again, I correct them, they say it right, hand me my coffee, I say one cream right, right. I drive off, let it cool so I don’t burn my mouth or spill it on my way in to the office, I sit down, take a drink, shocker!!! Cream and sugar! Really people!!!
I now drive out of my way to drive to the Tim hortons at Wilson and Roberts which in my opinion is the best tims in the city!

Extremely slow service. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Decided to go into the shop and waited what seemed like an eternity. The person at the register was trying to be «friendly,» but spent more time chatting than serving. They ran out of hash browns at 10 am?!? How does that happen? The food was sub-​par compared to other locations. The point that really caused an issue was the person behind the counter would thoroughly explain all the things (in great detail) she would do BEFORE she would take your order. This took 4 times longer than actually taking your order. If you need to be anywhere on time, get in line the night before! Awful!

I love Tim Hortons. Stopped in at this location to kill some time. Grabbed a healthy breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee which is fresh and dependably consistent. Staff seemed to handle the balance of providing inside service while attending to the long twisting line through the drive through.
One opportunity: the men’s restroom. It was alarmingly dirty and decrepid.

Ok. I never comment on large chains bc what’s the point. This place is ridiculous tho. They almost inspire me to make my own coffee. It’s the only close by place to get coffee but they have cost themselves hundreds of dollars out of my pocket because they are always out of everything. Also, they never put sleeves on their paper thinned cups and their employees act as if you just asked them to remake your meal. I’m done wasting time on this review. Still love Hortons coffee. You decide but, our family has had three credit card numbers stolen in the last year. With all three cards, the last transaction by us was at this Hortons location. Coincidence? Maybe but I’m done at this location

I tried to order one of the breakfast combos and was told that they were out of egg. So I ordered a sausage and cheese combo. Which was a cold slab of sausage with a cold slice of cheese sitting on top of it. YUM! I heard them at the drive-​through telling someone that they were also out of yogurt. Mmmkay. My wife ordered a medium coffee that exploded when she tried to flip the lid. Not sure what magician filled that cup, but there was more coffee in there than the cup allowed. NEAT! As we finished eating and I tried to make the most of their slow-​ass WiFi, I was greeted by a small cockroach as he made his way across the wall of the dining room. The artwork is tasteless. And it’s nailed up using particle board as spacers. But I guess if I was a roach, it would seem rather nice. ¹⁄₅ stars from me. ⁴⁄₅ stars from the roach.

The service here is extremely slow. The staff was very inefficient. Do not go inside. We waited 15 minutes being 4^th in line.

My favorite Tim Hortons, hands down! The morning staff are personable and rememberable! I can’t speak for the other shifts because I usually stop during the morning commute to work.

Wouldn’t honor gift-​certificates that we purchased for our grandparents for Christmas. Yes, they were Senior Citizens, yes they are on a fixed income, and yes — we purchased them at another location — who knew, and who cares? They should have bought them coffee and lunch for $ 5 for goodness sakes, the gift-​certificates were obviously professionally printed… instead of giving them a hard time!

My work place has «donut day» every Thursday. My turn was a few weeks ago and while I would have loved to go more local — ie DK Diner — I really didn’t have the time. Instead I stopped in here on my way to work. I ordered two dozen assorted plus 25 timbits assorted & was out the door in under 5 minutes. Quick and easy.

Out of donuts and muffins by 8:30 a.m. Does Tim Hortons not have a kitchen to make more of said products? I’m serious — I don’t know.
Seems to me that if you are in the business of selling donuts and muffins, you should order more than a 2-​hour supply, or have the means to make more if you sell a lot of them.
Employee attitude at this location still sucks donkey balls, BTW.

Maybe it was the timing of the last person’s review, but I have had great success during the morning and lunch hours at this locale.
I have always gone through the drive through and have had faster service here than at McD’s or Wendys. Food is always consistent as are the prices.
I guess maybe the night shift is just not that great?

HORRIBLE service! UNBELIEVABLE. First time was bad but I thought maybe it was just timing… a bad day in general. Went through the drive through the other night around 10:30 PM and ended up leaving after ordering (and without waiting for my food) because I was treated so incredibly bad.
In short, I will never ever go to this location again. I’m sorry. I love Timmy H but they seriously need a staff overhaul here. I’ll stick to my beloved Olentangy River Road location. They’re always good to me. :)
