Tim Hortons Restaurant

Called and asked what time they closed. They said open ²⁴⁄₇. We get there almost all of the lights are off but the drive thru looks open. So we wait and wait and wait. NOTHING

The service here is slow as molasses. The line is equally as long as one would find at Starbucks but Starbucks seems to have its act together. We were about 4 customers deep so my partner went to use the restroom. When he came back the line had not moved.
Since we were pressed for time, I got coffee and a couple of doughnuts (nothing that needed preparing). Even then, my order was not completed correctly. I requested a Boston Crème but got a Vanilla Crème. I saw the associate get the wrong doughnut but decided not to say anything to prevent the wait for other customers from getting longer. She got me the Vanilla Crème because she was too short to reach the Boston Crème. It was fine…
The coffee was okay. I definitely prefer Starbucks, or even McDonald’s.
I am not sure I would come back to this location.

We stop at MANY timmys. This is by far the Worst. Dirty-​unorganized. Help walking around talking. Not waiting on people. Bad. Really bad

This has to be the worse Tim Hortons location. With five people behind the counter there is only one lady taking orders inside the restaurant. And it’s obvious that she cannot multi task. While waiting for a sandwich to be made she stood around and talked to the other employees instead of continuing to take orders. It’s infuriating to go to this location. They just don’t live up to the fast & friendly service I’m use to from Tim Hortons.

I’ve gone to this place several times, each time in hopes that the service would get better. It hasn’t. I usually stop by on my way to work in the morning and go inside to get a muffin. I’m never greeted with a smile, or even a «hello.» When I’m done ordering, they put my muffin in the bag, and just toss it on the counter and slump away without saying anything. The same goes for the drive thru. They take my money, hand me my food, and shut the window without saying anything. Why is that?! There is clearly something missing with these employees. They just don’t seem happy to work there.

I once went through the drive thru at 5:40 in the morning and the guy pretended like they weren’t open yet then he pretended like he didn’t speak English. Another time I went here and I got a breakfast wrap and they left the bacon in the paper used to store it in inside the wrap. I could do better on a mad drunken bender I’m too scared to even try their coffee I’m afraid they’d spit I it or something. There’s a DD around the corner go there

Ive tried tim hortons three times, 3 different locations. Their coffee is laughable, their service is always slow & for no reason, their breakfast sandwiches could be sooo much better then they are! Fake eggs, usually burned w/​that icky unpleasant burnt taste, nice gooey american cheese, dried out old meats, and the bread is always either dry & flavorless or hard and stale. The panini i had just now was burnt… eggs, bread, and meat. The sandwich, as a whole, was a good idea. But burnt panini grill marks ruins any hope for a good breakfast. And since its my bday… I have no patience for subpar food & service. I would have went to mcdonalds but they were closed due to a kitchen fire… just my luck. I wont be going back here even if mc d’s happens to burn down

I stop at this Tim Horton’s whenever I am in this part of town. It is the most reliable Tim’s in CBus

This is my favorite Tim Horton’s. I pass two others to go here. The donuts taste better and the coffee is never old. Service outstanding.

My coffee was hot and cream and sugared properly, my doughnut was yummy and the service was super friendly, I cant ask for more than that at 5am. Also they are a Cold Stone so you can have delicious ice cream too.

This place always seems to have one problem or the other. Once I was there and they were not accepting credit cards bc of a problem. Another time they did not any donuts ready. Another time they screwed up my order. Don’t be surprised if you come here and they tell you to «go down to cleveland ave to the other Tim Horton’s»
The Giant Eagle across the street has a starbucks inside but no drive through.
