The management is TERRIBLE! So extremely rude and unprofessional, especially Amanda. My husband and I are in process of moving out of state and apparently she is the only person in the entire business that can terminate the contract (and we’re completely within our signed contract rights since we’re moving out of state and need to terminate early, so you’d think it’d be easy). Well, we’ve been waiting on her to address this for TWO months now. We gave them a months warning ahead of time after excepting new jobs and we’re still being charged the membership fees and she continues to blow us off with RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL email responses and is never in office. This is soooooo not worth the headache and lack of customer service!!!

To expensive per month. The indoor pool is always freezing! And you have to pay for tanning-where as other places include it in the price of the membership.

There’s a few Gyms in the Columbus Area but none of the Gyms offer what Total Fitness offers! They have a very clean and well kept Facility with up to date Equipment! A big variety of Free weights along with Machines… They offer many classes that are Free and also offer Daycare for minimal cost! Full Basketball Court, Swimming Pool for Adults and Children and a Women’s Room for the ladies that don’t want to be bothered and feel comfortable working out!

It’s a very nice gym, but changing fast. Soap dispenser in showers don’t work. Soap dispenser around sinks ripped off walls. Becoming a nice place to sit on my equipment and catch up with friends or use you cell phone. See a buddy? Chat for 15 minutes on the leg lift. I can wait. Finish your Angry Birds, I can wait. I’ll do my workout in the lobby.

Love the layout! I never have to wait for any kind of equipment or free weights. The space is very clean and I love the fact that it has a separate, private room for women only to work out. The locker rooms are pristine and there are tons of class offerings. After looking around at other gyms in the area, this outshines all of them. Brightly lit, clean facilities will win over dingy, smelly gyms any day for me!

Total Fitness tries really hard to be the best in town, possibly a little too hard. It attempts to out muscle Columbus Fit with its big chested facilities and brightly polished décor, but falls short at heart. Their supplements are overpriced as is there monthly dues, come here to strictly pump & go. The crowd is mostly 30somethings, so get in where you fit in Columbusians!
