It took too long to be assisted, at least 30 minutes. I reserved online to avoid a long wait but that doesn’t matter much when you get there.

Slow. Absolutely disgusting how inefficent this location is. Service desk left unoccupied frequently. 30−40min wait last time I visited. Speaking of last time… never again.
U-​Haul has been around for the longest time. This process should be streamlined. Unfortunate.
