I have been using Vision One for over 10 years now… The staff is always pleasant and have met any requests I have given them with a great attitude. Requests such as mailing proper flex benefits receipts to my home, or allowing my son to have his appointment on his own and then bill me.
Dr. Beals is professional and pleasant to her customers.
I highly recommend Vision One.

Poor customer service experience across the board. Unprofessional process, rude front desk staff. First time I’ve ever had an eye doctor’s office receptionist (or any receptionist) raise her voice at me over the phone. I’d give one star if I didn’t have such a soft spot for small business owners.

Friendly, professional and great customer service!
I am a frequent business traveler and often have to posess back up plans while on the road, this week my contacts were damaged and I needed a new pair for the duration of my Ohio travels. This team was courteous and helpful in replacing contacts. Next time I am in Ohio and need to buy new glasses or contacts, I would come back here.

I really like this office. The selection is great for such a small location, and the staff is very friendly. After a single 10 minute visit I decided to set up my yearly exam for the following week. The doctor I saw was extremely nice and made me feel at home. The exam was very thorough and I felt confident that I found the correct prescription. If you’re anything like me that is a big deal because you have a lot of control over what you end up with. The only down side is that it did take a little over a week to get my glasses, but for all the great things here I would say it is worth every minute over a one hour place.
