If I could give 0 stars, I would. They are so slow, not friendly and their fries are bad. Who gets Wendy’s fries wrong? The manager must suck, because I’d fire all of the employees. It’s a disgrace to the Wendy’s name. Dave would be rolling in his grave if he knew this Wendy’s in his own flagship town sucked this much.

I don’t understand why the employees here can never get my order right. I just wanted a sandwhich and every time they act like they don’t know whats on the menu. Several times they have given me the wrong chicken. Not to mention whats with the dried stale tomatoes they keep sticking on it? Then when I ask for hot sauce they say no. Either no one here speaks english or they just don’t care. Well I give up. I am not waisting my good day over someones mistakes! Not coming here again hope enough bad reviews close this place down)))):

Our normal Wendy’s have been super disappointing as of recent and, not feeling like cooking yesterday, we decided to try this one. When we got here and I went to check in on Unilocal,I groaned when i saw the star rating. 2 stars, really?! Yikes. I’m happy to report that my experience was deserving of 5! First, the guy who took our order was on point. He was super friendly and attentive. No complaints at all whatsoever. He took our monster order(I had missed lunch and was starving!) and had it all totally correct. When we got our food, it was amazing! Everything was there, and on point. I won’t detail exactly what we got(because I’m slightly embarrassed by it, haha) but it was basically the equivalent of 4 meals with variations — no onions or pickles on a burger, no chives on a potato, honey mustard with the chicken nuggets, etc. And when we got our food, it was hot, sorted correctly, and all absolutely right! Most places will mess up at least one thing with an order like that. I was really impressed with this Wendy’s and would definitely come back!

Horrible customer service. Was greeted at the drive thru with«you can order» and after I had given my order she said the price and nothing else. I pulled up to the window only to have a hand waiting for my money. I handed the gentleman my card, he ran it and handed it back to me on the side of my frosty. Did not once look at me or greet me. Passed me my drink and then my bag of food. This gentleman never once looked at or spoke to me. Ridiculous! I tried to call when I left to speak with a manager… the phone just rang and rang. I won’t be going back.

It’s Wendy’s. Square burgers on buns; old burgers in chili. Staff at this location often say«See you tomorrow» when you go through drive– thru. Nonetheless, I wouldn’t recommend eating there daily.

One star is for Wendy’s summer salad selection(healthy and delicious) and the other is for getting my order right. This is the slowest Wendy’s in the city. They have a lot of business because of their location but the staff responds like they have a one-person line while there are cars blocking the street to pull in at lunchtime(Inside, I saw the cashier ask every customer twice what they ordered while staring blankly at the person’s face). After some time has passed, I think that it certainly must not have been as slow as I remember so I show up again. No… it really is that slow. The turnaround time in Hilliard, Dublin, Grandview and even on the West Side is miraculously speedy in comparison. Go to one of those.
