I don’t know who the black guy was at the drive-thru window this morning, but he made my day. SO kind, exceedingly and unexpectedly. There are only a couple of McDonald’s locations in Columbus I know to be like this. Whoever he is, promote him. He deserves it!

I would give this location a minus 10 stars if I could. Worst management/franchisee presence I’ve seen in a long time. The people who work there as the «help» don’t.stand a chance of being successful with that model in place.

Another one of a typical McDonald’s fast food restaurant location. I have to hand it to the chain for its reliability for fast food. They do mix up their menu items to add a bit of variety from time to time … like they were offering green, mint milkshakes for St. Patty’s day.
I have stopped in here on occasion for a quick bite as I was driving home from an evening class. Service has been prompt and efficient. I’ve lately had a craving for McD’s fish sandwiches. There was a bit of a wait because they had to make them, but I’d rather have them fresh and hot.
Conveniently located along Riverside Drive. Access, however, has felt a bit disjointed to the location as you migrate your way through the surrounding parking lot to get to it.

On July 29 I ordered the 20 piece nugget and 2 medium fry and medium drinks for $ 6.99. At the window I was charged $ 11.12. The explanation was there is no button for the combo in the register, they agreed e combo is on the menu, but can not be honored since it is not entered in the point of sale machine. The two youths could not understand why I wanted the price of the combo, I stated that I did not want to pay an additional $ 3.96 due to the pos not being correct. I called the owner’s comment line @ 614 523 8805 and left a message for Mike or Lara. 48 hours later no return call, some attention to detail. No wonder there are issues. By the way I purchased the combo at full retail price since they did not know how to cancel the order and ring in corrected order. This is prime example of why we purchase so little fast food.

Good Service here, but it can be difficult getting in an out back to Riverside drive. They recently completed a remodel, so the parking lot is back to normal now.
