Went to Wendy’s today, drive thru. I lost my appetite and felt so angry after me and my husband witnessed a very large guy(who was probably the manager) being, Rude, yelling and treating very bad his employee who at the same time was helping us with our order and listening to someone else placing an order. I asked him for corporate phone number to report him and he ignored me. Then he asked me, after handing me my meal, about what I was asking. I told him that he needs to be nice to the pour lady that had watery eyes and he denied being mean!!! He even seemed annoyed by Us! Horrible customer service and even worts to treat people he works with him like that. I feel so bad for the lady who apparently is in training… I should have ask his name. I would go to Wendy’s at least 3 times a week because I really like their salads… But now, I am not sure if I can stop by Wendy’s again. At least not the one in georgesville square. I hate seeing people being mean to others…

Wendy’s must have stock in an oak wood company. I’ve never seen so much oak wood trim as I do in a typical Wendy’s. The New Albany location is easily the nicest I’ve ever seen before this. The Georgesville Square store is very nice, totally unexpected and very modern. Wish they’d do this to all their stores. I go to Wendy’s only occasionally, but tried the new natural cut sea salt fries when they came out, and I was hooked. I probably went to Wendy’s more in a couple weeks than I did the last couple years combined, primarily just for the fries, they were so good. The burgers are better than the other alternatives in fast food, and I like chocolate Frostys. Other than that your typical Wendy’s fare, only in a very nice setting.
