We had a very poor experience with Zen. We had windows and doors installed. The job took a long time to finish and payment was demanded before the job was done. When payment was reluctantly given, the job remained unfinished for a long time. If we have another window or door project we will be using a different company.

I had a great experience with Dan Wolt, the owner of Zen Windows. I requested an estimate on the website (very cool feature), I received a quote within minutes and was able to get scheduled for installation asap. The entire process was fast and easy. I did not have a salesman in my house at all, which was my favorite part! I received 3 estimates, Zen Windows had the best price and offered a lifetime warranty… can’t beat that. I would definitely refer Zen to my friends and family.

I had a great experience with Zen windows! From the very beginning they were very easy to work with and answered all the questions I had. The job was done quickly and the windows look fabulous! I did have a few minor fixes that I asked them to take care of and they came back no questions asked! I never had any problems getting through to them, they were able to answer all my questions, and did fabulous work! I would highly recommend giving them a try!
