Soooooo. I went in for a consult on liposuction for my stomach and love handles. When I made the appointment the girl on the phone said it is usually about $ 5,000-$ 6,000 for these two sections. I am 5’6″ 47 years old and weigh 150lbs so I am not huge but a little overweight, especially in those sections. I also was asking about transferring my own fat in to areas in my face that are no as full as they once were and also rounding out my buttocks as it is flattening as I age. When I was called with the quote two days later I was told the procedure would be $ 6,000 for 2 lipo sections and $ 2500 for transfers. I said I would think about it, she said she would check in w me in a few days. A week later I received a text message asking if I have made any decisions as they know I was in a hurry to have it done and heal before Feb. I texted back and said forget the transfers I am thinking of just the lipo. I then asked if they would honor the $ 1,000 coupon for lipo being I came in for the consult in November, which would bring the lipo down to $ 5,000. I was told that was w the coupon and they gave me another $ 500 for coming in w for the consult and I should lock in the price with a deposit. Mind you this is all being texted back and forth. I said«wait hold on you said 6K + $ 2,500 now your changing the price», she then told me originally the lipo was $ 7,500 before the discounts however she told me she forgot to document that. She is a liar. I called and left a phone message for the office manager Daniel to call me back about my consult a week ago and have heard nothing. So I say they are pretty sketchy people. Who contacts clients via text?

As the patient’s parent, the person paying $ 5300 for the procedure, and the one accompanying the patient to the surgery, I was extremely disappointed in the support staff and office procedures The waiting maroon was literally too crowded to even stand without leaving the door to the hall open. The staff was very quick to take out money but when we asked why we were waiting at 10:30 when the surgery was scheduled for 10:00 we were first told very rudely to sit down and wait because there were other patients waiting to check in(which was rude in itself as there was no place to sit); then when a nurse came out to get another patient and we asked about us we were told«I don’t have a room available» What kind of surgical center schedules 2 – 3 hour surgeries without enough rooms available??? If we had not already paid we would have walked out On addition although they«generously«provided free car service for the patient and family they didn’t infirm us that with prep time the wait in the office would be five to six hours(mostly standing) No way I paid my own way home and will get my own car to pick up my kid I hope the surgeon is light years better than his staff On general principles don’t use them because when it comes to doctors offices you can judge a book by nots cover
