Dunkin’ Donuts

Just stopped in with my family to purchase coffee and a snack. When we were ordering, one of the employees over the intercom was fussing with another employee and said «F— You». When we went to pay for our order, I addressed it with the young woman and she unsympathetically replied that she would mention something. She handled the situation poorly, and did not offer any form of apology. This was a very poorly-​run operation and I will be filing a complaint with corporate — it was very unprofessional.

It never fails. Every time I decide to stop for a cup of coffee here they never get it correct. I have tried the drive through and walk in. Yet they never get it right. Is a medium coffee with milk no sugar that difficult?

Ordering thru the drive thru? Be prepared to repeat your order 2 – 3 times because they’re too busy fooling around inside to take your business seriously. Then be prepared to repeat your order again once you finally get to the window.
While you’re at the window don’t forget to check out the nasty stains on the window, garbage built up in the corners behind the registers or the cute little stickers they put on the window like, «I didn’t choose DD life. The DD life chose me». If the exterior is that filthy it makes me wonder how clean the inside is.
I’ll go to another Dunkin Donuts with professional & courteous employees where the coffee tastes consistent on a daily basis.

My two «dark roast» iced coffees were literally water with a splash of milk. I refused to accept the coffee and the employee made two more. Still watery and awful. The employees don’t seem to care… very condescending unprofessional. Definitely not worth the «convenience» of a drive through. I’ll stick to the Dunkin Donuts on Commack Rd or in the Elwood Shopping Center.

They didn’t have the promotional cup the last time I was there and I had activated my coupon already, so I lost out on that. When ordering a caramel latte, all caramel was on the bottom and they did nothing to try and mix it for me. Other locations will mix it for you. This time, my husband ordered a coffee with no sugar and they put sugar. Just disappointing. This used to be a great location. New management?

This place is perpetually busy and jammed with traffic.
The drive through snails along and if you are brave, you can park and walk in — at least you have a decent shot at getting the order correct that way.
Great idea, not so great execution — it is just too small a piece of property for the amount of traffic that goes through here.

This is a ²⁴⁄₇ DD with a Drive Thru after ¹⁰⁄₁₁ pm. I’d say 60% of the time they get the order correct with the other 40% of them messing it up by either putting in a wrong donut, ice cream flavor, and over charging.

Location is great since its right before I jump on the sag but depending on who makes the coffee it tastes watery or way too much sugar. I feel you are almost better adding your own sugar. Its better than starbucks but not the best dunkin in the area.

I’ve been coming here since they opened a couple of years ago, it started out great and once those owners moved on they place went down hill. They employee just didn’t seem to want to do their job. However, recently I’ve noticed the presence of a manager that seems to have made a difference. Frequently orders would get totally fouled up or you’re waiting for service while employees are standing around doing nothing. I hope it remains this way.
I try to avoid this place during peak hours, not that the lot can’t handle it, but everyone uses the drive through. If you make the mistake of parking in the lot during peak hours, good luck trying to pull out of the spot. Was there today and this exact situation nearly resulted in a fist fight.

Going to this Dunkin Donuts after visiting my accountant seems to have become a yearly ritual. The place is convenient and the staff is as friendly as one would expect early in the morning.
