I have such good memories of Chuckie E. Cheese as a 90’s kid, but when I went for my niece’s birthday I walk in and all I smell is cheese and feet. Literally. This place needs an upgrade. That is not a welcoming smell and it makes me not want to touch anything. I also remember begging my mom to let me and my brother have the pizza there. Well I had it this time and I didn’t even want another piece. And i love pizza. Not good. Sorry Chuckie, no love for you. But the little kids had fun!

My first time going to chuckie cheese here in commack. I went to the one in hicsville ny. Both places are nice, hicsville one place is much bigger. great for kids and bday parties. My son who is going to be three loves the water gun, and pupping it up. He rode on the Merry go around, he was bored of it. He tried Mario Cart, ski ball, basketball shootout, and etc. after we got out, my hubby and i gave eachother hand sanitizer. We also put wiped our sons hand. what’s also convenient is, there is a Wendy’s near by, my son loves eating the fries and nuggets.

One of the games ran out of tickets and took me about 10 minuets to flag someone down to refill the machine. While waiting an elderly man started harassing my son to get off the game if he’s not going to play. So I decided to give me son couple more tokens to play while we wait. Again, the guy returns harassing my son once the last token was inserted into the machine and had to be dragged away by his wife. 20 minutes later tried to find another employee to fill in the tickets and finally found someone. Once we got there the old geezer already kicked my son off the game and started playing and I made note that there was about 140 tickets is owed to my son and started to eat our pizza. Later on the wife stopped by and gave us 10TICKETS and informed us this is for being rude person. WTF!!! Spoke with the employee who filled in the tickets and explain the situation and we went to one of the other machines where he started playing until he hit the jackpot and gave my son little over 200 tickets and apologized for what had happened. Overall nice people but need to do a better job of maintaining these machines.

The games are a good price at only 1 quarter. The games range in difficulty for younger and older kids. The pizza and salad bar is delicious! Kids have a great time. The games do break a lot, but the kids can get new tokens from an employee. The noise level and crowding are the only other issues.
