Plaster Funcraft

I enjoy taking my kids here… they love to paint and it’s such a creative fun activity for the whole family… I did get the feeling that the girls their working had better things to do… not as helpful and cheery as teens working with little ones should be but whatever

My friend and I are in our mid 20 ’ s and have been coming here since we were teenagers (yes, a little too old but we love art projects). It really is great for all ages. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. It’s a fun creative way to spend an afternoon and they have a pretty good plaster selection for both children AND adults

I came here with a friend so we could ironically paint wall hangings for our boyfriends. It was the middle of the afternoon on a weekday so for the first half-​hour or so we had the place to ourselves. The girl who helped us was attentive and friendly and we were able to sit there as long as we needed to finish painting our fish and dinosaur without feeling hurried. There are about 30 different colors of paint and you’re allowed 2 at a time, although we definitely had more than that and nobody seemed to care. There’s also glitter and a wide array of brushes and toothpicks for making the perfect creation. I would do this all the time if it didn’t mean having a house full of plaster craft paintings for the rest of my life.
