Xus Foot Relaxation Station

A friend recommended this place to me recently. My neck and shoulders have been killing me so after work I decided to stop in and check it out. I walked in and the girl behind the counter looked at me like I had two heads. I said hello, do you give back massages also. She points to the piece of paper taped to the desk and says this is our menu. I see they have neck and shoulder massages. I asked ok can I get the «relaxation package» for 30 min today. She rolled her eyes at me and says 3:40. I said ok come back at 3:40. She said no we don’t take appointments for 30 min packages. I said I don’t understand, you just told me 3:40. She rolled her eyes again and says you can come back but we might be busy. I finally understand that she is telling me that’s the next available time, so I can wait or try to come back. I don’t understand why it had to be a guessing game. Anyway, I don’t plan on returning at 3:40 or any other time and my neck and shoulders hurt more now after that experience. Maybe that’s their business strategy: get the customer confused and stressed out before relaxing! What I really don’t understand is– don’t you WANT customers??? I know this isn’t a five star spa and I wasn’t looking for that, but come on! JUST BE NICE!!!

Been here many times for foot massage in the past but stopped because I didn’t have the time anymore. Foot massages were pretty good, but it was hard to get the same person cuz they wouldn’t be there anymore.
I went there today for a full body, 1 hour massage for $ 36.00 with my husband.
It was definitely one of the best massages I’ve ever received. I’ve had massages at places charging up to 150.00 that would leave me wondering if I even got a massage afterwards.
Sure, Xu Foot doesn’t have the same ambience as a high end spa, but it makes up in massage.
My massage therapist was a gentleman named Lee, and he was amazing. I found myself saying, «Ahhhhhhhhh» in my head throughout the massage.
I like a firm touch, but not right away. He built up to that with great technique and fluidity and made sure to ask if the pressure was ok. I enjoyed the entire massage and felt very relaxed as the tensions of being with 2 young children all the time melted away. He also gave a wonderful scalp and facial massage, which you don’t see often.
I can’t sing Lee’s praises enough. I will definitely be going back regularly to have him relax me.
I will trade the higher end places anytime for what I got today.
Sure the place is small and there is no private room. You can hear music from the business next door, but XU FOOT plays relaxing music inside and you are sure to leave accomplishing what you were looking for, which is… A very nice treat for your body.
Plus, for 72.00 for 2 people plus a great tip, you can’t beat the value

I’m so excited to relax. I go for a neck and foot massage. I pay extra to increase my time to 75 minutes. I notice he finished 15 minutes early? I question the time and the lady at the reception desk tells me I was there earlier than my appointment which was a lie. I was late. again she out right lied! I again mention I came in 5 minutes later than my appointment and waited a few minutes. She told me I was wrong. I am so upset, I have been patronizing this place for years and this it how a loyal customer gets treated? Wow this is no way to run a business or treat customers. I am totally shocked!

Want to find my zen, so getting a 1hour reflexology foot massage is it. They have a fish tank now with turtles in it. And they offer a ginger gummy candy while I wait for my ahhh moment. Nice and close when I need it the most! Lol

The woman had the grip of an NFL linebacker. I told her to lighten up and she didn’t understand… What she did do is get another woman who spoke better English and she translated. I would go back, but there is another one on Jericho (a little west of this place) and it’s a lot nicer inside. The woman who worked there «Anna «was the bomb!!! I fell asleep nearly EVERYTIME but she moved on.

You cannot beat this price and the massage has always been GREAT! Very deep tissue, trigger point. $ 28/​hr is unheard of anywhere. These full service spas and hotels are insane when charging $ 150/​hr. the only main difference is a private room.
For $ 100 difference every time, I will expose myself happily to the world. Hahaha. In go in shorts, shirt off and they lube me up like I’m getting an oil change. They use hot towels and when face down, you don’t know where you are. It’s all very good. Very happy ending, but NO happy endings.

My new spot for foot massage in Commack! $ 26 for one full hour… can’t beat that! I’m very happy with my massage today and can’t wait to come back.

Recently discovered the wonders of reflexology and decited to try this location and was not disappointed. The ambiance is not the best (a little too bright and it’s small) but the therapist «Wendy» made up for it with her skillful hands. Definitely worth a try.

I’m completely in love with this place. Their 60 minute ‘foot’ massage is a window of blissful relaxation in your day (and is so much more than a foot massage) — no matter how stressed you are when you walk in, you’ll leave feeling relaxed and happy. The prices absolutely can’t be beat (how do these guys manage to make any money??) and the quality of the massages is great!
I live in San Francisco now, and I make it a point to go to Xu’s every time I come home to visit my parents. Even if I’m only on the east coast for 24 hours, I still make time for Xu’s — they’re that good. I walk in jetlagged and exhausted from a red eye flight, and I walk out relaxed and refreshed. Need one of these in SF!
