Supreme Blends

I had a custom made smoothie and a shot of wheatgrass, and they were very accommodating and friendly. I’d like to try their food next time.

This place is horrible. When calling ahead to place a detailed order I was extremely upset with the lack of professionalism, the manager taking the order was clearly rushed for time. When placing the order I made sure to ask for no banana in one 12oz «High Protien Smootie.» Sure enough upon picking up the order it was instead the 20oz «Berry White Smoothie» they had removed the banana from, making the customer with banana allergies unable to drink the smoothie she ordered. In regards to Protein Shakes this was more of an Italian Ice consistency, completely unable to sip through a straw. The Spinach Juice was equivalent water. The «Peanut Butter Dream» was more of a nightmare. I honestly wish I had SOMETHING good to say about this place or its staff but unfortunately there was something wrong with every single order. And to the manager that was working who tossed my debit card back in my face, I seriously think you should consider a profession somewhere else. Possibly the DMV where your coworkers will be just as miserable as you.

In a rush and want something healthy– come here for fresh juices and smoothies, salads, wraps, and other wholesome prepared foods. Any vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-​free eater would be happy here.
I love the creative smoothie ideas for those indecisive moments. The source of life is very satisfying– sweet and savory with the PB and greens. The espresso explosion is nice for a pick-​me-​up that’s a little filling too. Get creative and make your own; they’ll try anything. For juices, I like to get everything minus the apple.
The shop is also stocked with a keurig, cold drinks, and standard vitamin store goods (bars, powders, pills, etc.).

Their shakes are great and the service is always good. The owner is almost always there and is a nice guy. They have a cool app that keeps track of your purchases. Every tenth shake or sandwich is free. Pretty cool.

Flavorless shakes, wilted salads, sour sandwich ingredients, foreign objects found in food and rude, lazy staff with serious anger management issues. And that’s just from my experience and a friend’s. Interestingly, another friend of mine got cursed out recently by the manager (possibly owner) while driving one of their commercial cars. Apparently she wasn’t going fast enough for him in a parking lot (!!!) amongst his pickups. I think morons run this place. Not safe to go in folks. Food poisoning a big possibility here.

I haven’t been able to find a local place other than a gym that sells protein shakes without spending a fortune. Good food, healthy choices aka salads, wraps, veggie burgers. You get decent sized portions for what you pay. Great smoothies! The nutter butter is a must try if you like chocolate.

Food is way below par. Not even worth the time. Very generic, unappealing food options. Cashier even told me not to order something because it wasn’t good (lemon tuna wrap). Food aside, gotta give this place at least 3 stars for the smoothies and shakes. The name of the place is «supreme blends», but may be confusing because the sign says «healthy eatery.“They should keep the Supreme Blends as the predominant name. If they wanna describe their food in the name, yes it may be healthy, but a fitting name would be «Sub Mediocre Eatery».

Craving a smoothie and found this place was very close to the gym I just left so I thought I’d try Supreme Blends. First time coming here, it is a very cute and clean place. Got the berry bash smoothie and it is AMAZING!

Supreme Blends is a great place to eat, especially if you’re looking for quality, healthy food. The food is not only consistent, but also comes in large portions. I get their food delivered at least once a week to my job at a spa and they always deliver the food quite fast. I’m very happy with their food/​service and would recommend it to anyone!

Just got back from the deli. Ordered a peach cobbler smoothie and it contained some hard red little plastic bits in it. Used to frequent this place often but as previous posters have stated, their staff blows, mainly the young guy whose arms are bigger than the rest of his body.

Seriously never experienced the worst customer service in my life! The people before me walked out saying the same tbey will never come back and it was their first time as well. I called an order in 20 minutes ahead and it wasn’t even started. Then the kid (immature and rude) gave me an attitude asking what my problem was. In front of so many customers saying I have ears and why did I ignore him when he said hi, meanwhile I wasn’t even greeted when I was entered. Than, another guy walked in and ddint bother even making eye contact with anyone online. I walked right out! Wasn’t worth waiting another twenty minutes for rude service. They also messed up twice on the order before more. You need better employees with manors and anger management. Seriously so disappointed!!!

This spot is amazing, I discovered it a while back, and have been going more and more frequently. The combination of shakes they have is great, and my personal favorite is the «green juices» they make on the spot with fresh vegetables. And you can even get a wheat grass shot. They have hot food and salads as well. A health buff’s go to spot and an overall great place to get healthy snack or meal.

Supreme blends has a fantastic chicken cordon bleu sandwich. Sooo melty and delicious. Their smoothies are pretty fantab too.

Have not been due to living far away but this café brought free shake samples to LA fitness and they were DELICIOUS! Thank you guys!

I think No Stars should be applicable for Cheating and or Thieving from a customer don’t you?
After going there for quite sometime out of pure convenience, I have finally proven the owner/​manager OVER CHARGES ME EVERY TIME.
You buy a $ 9.99/lb item and he charges you $ 10.99.
You buy a $ 5.50 omleette he charges you $ 6.50.
Its every time…
Finally called him out on it today after I watched the register. He rang me up for Blackened Chicken instead of Balsamic… a Dollar More. Not that it is a big deal… but that is the THIRD time he’s done that to me in the last 7 days.

Great protein shakes. People here are really friendly as well. Hopefully they can open up more locations towards the west. Like the fact that it’s clean as well.

Not too bad! Small little place with a bunch of health supplements and protein bars. We got salads, didn’t wait too long, and the salads were plentiful.
If we were in the area again craving salads, we might go back!

What drew me to check this place out was the name of the store, «The Healthy Eatery.’ I was pumped because I like the Healthy Eatery that is in Syosset but this location is more convenient for me and I couldn’t wait to try it out. False. This is not a second store related to the Healthy Eatery in Syosset. Then why would they have the same name? Beats me too.
This place is really called Supreme Blends, which is a far more appropriate name considering they specialize in protein shakes, juice drinks and smoothies. False advertising with this Healthy Eatery concept. They do have a small area to order a chopped salad but other than that it’s a shake and smoothie bar. The store is very clean and they have two Keurig machines with about 20 different K Cup selections which I thought was cool. There is also a section of protein bars. I came in wanting some food but there really weren’t a lot of options.
I went with a fruit smoothie even though after asking the girl behind the counter what she thought about my selection her response was, «I don’t like fruit so I wouldn’t suggest it.» Well that knocks out about 80% of the options here. Regardless, I like fruit so I went with the Sunray smoothie and it was delicious. I got a kiddie cup size and a small smart water and it came to $ 8. Yikes. I sucked the smoothie down in four gulps so I wasn’t thrilled about the price.
The location is prime because it is right next to New York Sports Club so I’m sure they do a great business with people coming in after their workout for a protein smoothie. I guess if in my mind I knew what the place really was I wouldn’t have been so disappointed.

There are so many juice/​smoothie choices in this place it is almost overwhelming.
BUT, it is great in that you can always try something new.
I have come here a couple of times and I usually just get the simple juices like cucumber/​kale/​celery (I like the healthy green juices) I have also gotten berry smoothies and the piña colada smoothie (alcohol free of course)
However, my guilty pleasure for this place is the turkey with stuffing. I have had it twice now and it has not disappointed me.
Steaming hot slices of turkey with herb stuffing and gravy. It is nicely presented and well just down right delicious.
It reminds me of Thanksgiving.
I could eat this all day every day.

They have lots of other food as well such as fresh muffins, veggie burgers, make your own salad etc.

Now when you need a fresh juice or smoothie THIS is the place!

super friendly staff is happy to answer questions about their beverages
turkey with stuffing is amazingly good for a deli/​juice/​smoothie place such as this
there are not that many really good juice places in Suffolk county
this is like the number 1 if your asking me
go have a vegetable juice you wont be sorry only feeling healthier for not eating junk
