I found amazing bargains here.
This is a CLEARANCE OUTLET, not a regular outlet store. Meaning that things that do not sell in the normal stores go to the Clearance outlet stores, where as the regular outlet stores such as at Tanger, they have factory items that never went for sale at the regular stores– the prices at the regular outlet are outrageous and the quality is off. So do yourself a favor and find a Clearance Store… there is also one in Garden City.

This store has a decent selection of plus size clothing.
I bought a wool blend blazer, short sleeve cotton sweater, cotton t-​shirt and a dressy ruffle cardigan for about 84 $. The blazer was originally priced at 229 $. So this was an excellent deal. Unlike other stores, especially plus size stores all the items were of good quality and good materials i. e my sweater was 100% cotton and nothing that i tried on was 100% polyester.
Overall i was thrilled with finding this store and I suggest you check it out.
Also, the price on the tag is NOT the price, always make sure to scan the item– it is usually an additional 40−90% off the marked price on your tag– look for the signs above the rack and remove that percentage from the lowest price market on your tag. Originally when i was shopping i thought the written red price was the final price, but NO! I was so thrilled to find out all my stuff was so much cheaper!
