I contacted this company to see if they could fix a problem with acidic well water that Culligan couldn’t fix after $ 5,000+ of their equipment/​labor and 5 visits over three years. Chuck the Water Man’s office manager answered the phone promptly, listened attentively, scheduled an appointment for a couple of days out, Chuck himself showed up, diagnosed the problem with Culligan’s install/​equipment, scheduled the repair/​replacement for the next day. The tech showed up the next day, did the work neatly and quickly. The tech said it would be a couple of days before my water’s acidity was improved but I checked the PH a few hours after he left and it is at 7.0 or neutral. One of the best companies I’ve worked with in a long long time.
