Hans is honest and trustworthy. I almost got scammed by a larger company telling me there was about $ 1200 in repairs needed for my furnace when it shows no signs of malfunction. Hans came out and went over each part with me and what the warning signs would be, he went over what maintenance is needed and did not try to sell me a home service plan or scare me into thinking my furnace and a/c should be replaced. He came highly recommended by a family member and now I see why. It is hard to find honest repair men, he is hands down the best we have found. We will be using him exclusively for all our future HVAC and plumbing needs.

Love working with D&H always helpful, always communicates! Their prices are fair and his service is second to none! I’ve had them install a gas line, service my furnace and help me with heating issues and they’ve always told me what’s happening and shown me so I know exactly what’s gong on!

Hans came out today to repair our flow valve for our sprinkler system. He was more than professional and fixed it on the first visit. He was only here for 30 minutes but didn’t seem phased or perplexed when presented with the leak which is more than I can say about other people who have come to do repairs.
We moved here in April 2013 and haven’t had good luck with repairmen. We were beginning to think they were not any competent repairmen in Colorado and that surprised us because everything else has been wonderful. I would absolutely recommend him for all of your repair needs!!!

I trust D&H implicitly; Hans Brock is not only a professional, but a gentleman who is nothing but of the highest character. As a first-time homeowner, Hans took quite a bit of time to walk me through my system, explain to me common problems and routine maintenance, and he understood the issues exactly. He fixed my system in a prompt manner, arrived when he told me he would be there, and got the job done for a very, very reasonable rate. I STRONGLY recommend D&H!!!
