Worst service ever! I had 10 new appliances installed. The plumber pulled apart and bent the hinges on a brand new range! He hooked up semi-​pliable copper piping from the sink to the ranges. When we tried to move the ranges back, it tweaked the connection inside the range and water was flowing everywhere from inside the stove. I had to have appliance repair people come out and repair the door to the range, as well as 2 of the 3 water connections. And the water connection to the ice maker leaked so that had to be replaced as well. The plumber was so scared that he had damaged a brand new oven door, he tried to pay for it behind the back of the company because he was afraid of getting fired. I called the owner of the company and he spent more time trying to back-​pedal and insist none of the damage was their fault! In the end, he’s trying to charge me $ 600+ dollars for work that had to be repaired by an appliance person for every unit the plumber worked on! I assumed they were professionals and would know how to do the job, or ask for the installation manual. NEVER NEVER NEVER use these guys! They are extremely unprofessional, rude, and refuse to admit when they have made a mistake! However, the owner was «gracious enough» to say he wouldn’t charge me for his time — good thing! All he did was stand around and point fingers and be pissed off. He didn’t so much as lift a wrench!
