Waste Management – Denver West Hauling

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. We moved and tried to transfer our services to the new house. They kept telling us they would pick up the trash at the old location and did not. The new homeowners had moved in and had to deal with our trash sitting outside for weeks. Then they told us to take the bins with us only to later tell us they should have stayed and that we had to take them back. They are rude, unapologetic for mistakes their employees make, and disorganized. Months after canceling their service because of the ridiculous customer service, they send us a bill. I call to find out why and they tell me its because we didn’t cancel our service. Absurd! We cancelled and sent the bins back. DO NOT USE WASTE MANAGEMENT!!!
