A co-worker and I drove to the location to try this food truck out… however they were not there. If there are only specific times/days that the are in this location, please specify. Wasted 20 min of our time driving there and going in circles trying to find it.

Absolutely phenomenal Mexican food. This is by far the most authentic Mexican food I have been able to find in all of the Denver Metro area. I would highly recommend the Tacos Al Pastor. Crispy savory pork tacos served with minced cilantro, onions and homemade salsa on homemade tortillas. There is no way you can eat just one. The best part about this place is that you can buy the meat by the pound and it will come with all the fixings for tacos. I live south of Denver so when I spend 40 minutes one way to go here(almost monthly), I buy 2 or 3 pounds of Tacos Al Pastor and TRY to make it last for a few days. They are so addictive though they I’m usually lucky if there is any left by the end of the next day. El Taco Stop, besides the cheesy name and logo is a MUST for anyone who enjoys authentic Mexican food. The only comparable Mexican food in the States that I’ve been able to find is in New Mexico and Southern California.

You now it gotta be good Mexican food when the key and prep chef speak no English, nor do any of the many Hisapnic customers. AWESOME and AUTHENTIC! I had the beef street tacos, perfectly seasoned and nciely cooked wiht FRESH ingredients At the cook’s suggestion I had a sample of Rojo and Verde(red and green) sauce. OMG! Its easy to be put off by this box truck and its tenet seating area. Your adventuresomeness will be rewarded. This is as good a Mexican meal as you will have in greater Denver.
