This place is my GO-TO breakfast burrito spot on days when I want to sleep in a little longer. Problem is, sometimes the drive through line takes longer than making my own breakfast. LOL sometimes walking in takes less time. I get lucky with the line most days tho. They have a different meat each day for the breakfast burrity. The size and the taste is just right. I get the half and half. I love spicy and got the HOT my first time. YEAH, BIGMISTAKE. My mouth was on FIRE! I did not enjoy the meal as much as when I went back and ordered half and half. lol. I’ve tried their other burritos as well — carnitas, chicken and rice — Both very delicious! Good size for the price too! I am also a big fan of their chips and salsa. Their guac i’m not to much a fun of. Hence, the lack of one star. :)

Love me some Santiago’s. The food is cheap, tasty, and they never mess up my order. If you live in Colorado and haven’t been to Santiago’s, you’re missing out. This one is a little different than your average Santiago’s though. They take credit cards, have longer hours than the one in Thornton, but seem to take longer to get your order together if you go through the drive through. Honestly, this isn’t my favorite Santiago’s. For some reason the green chile is hotter than the Santiago’s in Thornton, the wait is longer, not as nice looking as most other locations, and the staff can be a little grumpy. I will still come here, though. Can’t survive without my green chile fix.

I know everyone loves this place and I usually had a good experience at the Boulder location, but I have never been satisfied at this location. The most recent time I went, I ordered a mild breakfast burrito and even had them repeat my order when I got my burrito and it turned out to have spicy salsa. I couldn’t even finish my burrito. It always takes forever and the people are never friendly. I will not be returning here.

Santiago’s never fails to dissapoint. And who knew they served French toast on the breakfast menu. Its reasonably priced and delicious and the wait is never long to get your food. Plus the DLX burritos have a lil spicy kick to them. I shall be back for more NOMNOMS.

Yummy and cheap breakfast burritos. The hot is hot and the mild is far from hot. You can get half and half and do both mild and hot. It’s been a good mix to satisfy my tongue. One bummer is that you can’t pick the meat; they have a meat of the day for breakfast burritos. Also, their chips y salsa are amazing!

I’ve only hit this place for the breakfast burritos. The drive-thru makes it easy to grab and go and they open at 6 am, so it’s pretty nice for early workers. A couple dollars later and you’re driving away with a freshly-made burrito. They only serve one meat with the burrito which changes each day. Try Thursday’s chorizo burrito – it’s great. The green chili is good and spicy. I’m amazed with the quality and quantity of food for the price.

When you are looking for good Mexican food, the last you want is shiny and pretty. This place is all about the food. Large portions and very, very tasty. Nothing fancy and darn cheep. Great burritos!

This place looks a little dubious from the outside and i would have never went there alone, but was dragged there by my host for lunch… Very basic unassuming place, but super popular! The place was packed not only inside(which can maybe seat 30 people?) but also the carry out and Drive Through! Open seating makes sense in this crazy busy place and the food portions were humongous as well as super cheap! I’d say for the price you got yourself a darn good meal!
