Geist flooring does not stand behind their work and fails to support their previous customers. I spent over $ 6000 with them and there were problems. Jim Geist said he would fix the issues when construction was complete. When I called them to fix issues and get some added repairs done (6times) as well as emailed them they wouldn’t even bother to return my calls. We’re going to court on a claim.
There are many good floor installers who support their clients and are less expensive. LOOK ELSEWHERE for a reputable company.

Geist Flooring refinished my hardwood floors and installed new carpet in my finished basement in 3 DAYS!!! They did an AMAZING job! We had just bought the house and the hardwood floors were in really bad shape and I really wondered if they could be saved but they now look brand new. The carpet is beautiful as well. They came out to me and let me pick out my carpet and coloring for my wood floors. They also gave me a free cleaning set for my wood floors. I highly recommend them!
