KFC

I have been in the place approximately 10 times over the past year, and every time it has been dirty, dirty enough for me to ask myself why the State Health Department has not came down on them.
Also on 2 occasions I got an order to go and when I got home it was not what I had ordered.

This is the worst KFC I’ve ever been too. I waited (well I was «stuck» between cars) for 40 mins! Keep in mind there was only 3 cars ahead of me. When I finally got to order my food I asked for a SMALL pepsi. When I got to the window she said «we have no ice is that ok» I said well is my drink going to be warm?” She said «Yes, its not very cold sorry». I said okay I will take it since I have it, but Im not paying for it.” I looked at my receipt when I drove off and was actually charged for a Medium pepsi. Okay whatever, I guess I will eat that money. Once I finally got to eat my food, it was cold and disgusting. I literally threw it all away.
I suggest you take your $ 10 bucks somewhere else. This place is horrible.

Zero stars every time I come here I’m told they don’t have what I want day or evening, its like the people who work here don’t care at all, I’ll never come here again it sucks now I have to drive 15 miles to get hot chicken, and a side of slaw BOOOOOO KFC commerce city sucks !!!

Wish I could give a zero, how can your food be old and cold after waiting 15 min for 2 meals… The lady was nice but the quality of the long Jhon silver plates where worth 0 rating.

He has not been to any of the other places in the area. Can say the staff was very friendly and I did get my food within 5 minutes of ordering. It was hot and just finished being put on the line.
It could be I got there at 1145am and they were expecting the lunch rush.
It was very clean and comfy.
Only reason for 1 star was parking and access in and out to main street

Wow, could be the worst fast food experience ever. Food took like 20 mins, gave me no napkins or sauces.
