Pizza Hut

I honestly wish it was possible to give negative stars. This particular Pizza Hut is the absolute worst. I have given them a solid year of orders to try to get their act straight, assuming perhaps they were just training, busy etc.
They mess up virtually every order, and I even went in to pick up my order and most times they had to remake the pizza because they messed it up.
When I asked to speak to the manager, his reply was «honestly if we make so many mistakes, why do you keep ordering from us. When people mess up my food repeatedly I just don’t go back». Wow, that’s who you promote to management?!?
Save yourself the disappointment and go to another pizza place. I recommend Garlic Knot.

Holy Smokes, the pizza was awful! I hadn’t ordered from Pizza Hut in months and thought I would give them another chance. Well, obviously it was a bad idea. First of all, it took over an hour and half to get it delivered and I live pretty close by. I ordered a pizza with onions and spinach on it. I’m not a pizza snob but the quality of this pizza was terrible!!! It was cold, hard and tasteless. It didn’t help that it was as if the pizza was cooked with the cheese and onion, and then the uncooked spinach was tossed on top of it as an after thought. It was seriously inedible. Don’t waste your time or money with this place!

I have ordered from here many times and have never had an issue with the store or the pizza. It’s consistent and, well, it’s pizza hut! I’ve had major issues with the website. Ie: order not getting to the restaurant, 3 hour promised delivery times, taking an order when the store is actually closed. This is not the restaurant fault, but, the fault of corporate and whomever runs the site. When I was given a 3 hour wait, I cancelled the order and called 30 minutes later I was grubbin! I’ve never waited more than 15 for a pickup order. Staff is friendly and my food is always right. They’ve even given me freebies when an order was made then cancelled. Totally worth it when you need a gut bomb.

Failed to deliver. I called after 1h 25m. They said that i am not in their delivery area. Well, their online order system thinks I am.

If I could rate this location zero stars, I would. We have ordered online several times, and each time we get a phone call telling us they don’t deliver to our area. And every time we tell them we are within their delivery radius and they deliver the pizza like normal. I keep giving them a chance because I usually like Pizza Hut’s service in general. That’s over now. They charged my card but then cancelled my order and when I called to ask about the status of the order (2 hours later), they have no record of it. I have to call a call center where I was put on hold 4 times and was told nothing could be done. When I voiced my frustration, I was hung up on. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.

WORST food I have ever had!!! I ordered the first time and couldn’t even eat the pizza because it was so dry and flavorless. I gave it a second try since it’s down the street from my house and again… NOT even edible!!! The toppings tasted old and dry and the cheese was dry and there was no sauce on it. I tried to give it to my dogs and they wouldn’t even eat it!!!
And it gets worse! The delivery guy wrote in a $ 5 tip on my credit card receipt! I gave him $ 5 cash for a tip and he never even presented me with the receipt to sign!!! I called the manager and they said they would credit it and they did. The Pizza Hut by my work is good so this is just the people working at this particular one that make it BAD!

I can’t even score this place low enough. I live 10min away yet it takes 2hrs for delivery. And then I routinely get the WRONG pizza and it’s always cold. I’m tired of this place. It’s awful. I miss east-​coast pizza huts. Never ever again.

I never imagined a pizza that took an hour and a half to get could be so bad! I mean honestly, I recognize that Pizza Hut has never been the gold standard for pizza, but it used to be a place where you could get a decent pizza at a decent price, fast! Not any more. The price was still decent but the pizza arrived 45 minutes later than I was quoted and cold! I called after an hour to see where my pizza was and the guy who answered the phone argued with me that my pizza wasn’t late and argued about what time I ordered it. Reality check genius, cell phones record what time you make a call! Besides it still didn’t arrive for another half-​hour. After reheating it, it was acceptable I guess, but with the ample amount of pizzerias Denver has to offer, don’t waste your time or money at this one.

I’ve only done phone-​in/​takeout orders at this location, but they’ve been great. Every time I’ve called they’ve had the pizza ready withing ~15 minutes and the employees are always nice. She even gave me the coupon discount without asking.

I didn’t want to move after a long night of drinking heavily so I thought I would order a pizza. Doing some searching online I found that Pizza Hut had some good specials going so I went with them. big mistake. I ordered a large pan pizza and 8pc wings.
Once placing the order (online) I got a confirmation email and it said my pizza would be delivered in roughly 1hr 45mins, I should have just called and cancelled right then and there. This was a wednesday, and the only reason I remember that is because it was cheap wings night, which is why I ordered some. Now don’t judge me because you will be thinking back to when I said I had a «long night of drinking» and are now realizing that would have been on a Tuesday night…
Now to get your attention back on Pizza Hut, theres no reason for a pizza delivery to take 1hr 45mins on a wednesday night! But I waited and the pizza and wings came about 2 hours later. I started on the wings, because as we all know reheated pizza is good and reheated wings are not good, so I knew I should blow through the wings first. The wings were good delivery wings, not awesome but I wasn’t expecting awesome. The pizza tho, that was gross. I know taste is a personal opinion but I think the only person that would have liked that pizza is someone who likes the taste of a rubber garden hose. The crust was tough to even bite/​chew through. The toppings were there. It was bad. I also ended up in the restroom multiple times after eating the food. It was awful. I would just avoid the rubber hose pizza and try some place else.

I have to give this place a 5 star review. After reading the reviews here we were very skeptical. Anticipating our «not so good» pizza! To begin:
Our pizza and wings were delivered to our door correct to order! And they were both hot and fresh!
Our delivery driver was very kind and friendly! He scored a great tip too!
Our pizza tasted like ANY other Pizza Hut pizza!
Our delivery did take an hour, BUT we were told to expect an hour because they were very busy. The lady offered a pick up but we declined.
We will order from here again. We were very satisfied!

This is one of the worst locations ever. The fiancée and I were on our way to the Denver Zoo and decided to stop by for dinner. When we asked the girl at the register what were some of the toppings of the pizza, she didn’t even know. She had to go into the kitchen and ask.
Once we ordered, we sat down and waited… FOR OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF. They initially said that it would take 20 minutes for the pizza to be ready. We kept asking them when our pizza would be ready but they kept saying that they were behind. At one point, there were over 20 people in their lobby waiting for their pizza.
We eventually demanded our money back and told them to keep their pizza. The manager refunded us our pizza and offered to give us another pizza. We found out that they had PILES of pizzas in their little warmer thing. When we took it and ate it, it was COLD.
They should have just stopped taking orders if they couldn’t make enough pizzas or give pizzas out to people who have been there instead of trying to complete one order and piss off 20 other customers and then give the one person cold pizzas. Whatever the situation was, it was no excuse for the customer service they provided. I will never come to this location again, and probably avoid Pizza Huts in the future.

I normally avoid chain restaurants, given all the great local eateries available in Denver. But I got lazy enough one evening that I decided to order from this Pizza Hut because it’s close to home… and the pizza was terrible. It wasn’t quite burnt, but very dry and tough… definitely over-​cooked.
I have never been a fan of Pizza Hut, so I wasn’t surprised at their less-​than-​acceptable performance at cooking a pizza.
I thought about giving them a second chance but after reading the other reviews on here, I will not be doing so. Instead, I will hope that they shut down, and give a more respectable restaurant a chance to take over the property and better serve our neighborhood.

I honestly wouldn’t bother ordering from here. They read back my order, had the charges on the receipt and after 4 calls still could not fix my missing items. How hard could it be?

First off, been going here for years and the service has declined to the point of utter unbelievable disappointment.
First offense, hair/​pube in our pizza. Happened like a year ago and was horrified. Pizza Hut corp didn’t care nor did location. Moved past it and regrettably went back a week ago.
Was told 15 mins. Simple enough. Wait, arrived, waited in lobby 1 hr. In that time four other customers returned to complain. They were sending out burnt, totally brown pizzas left and right. Hanging up and eternal-​holding phone customers. My pizza arrives. BURNED. After an hour of waiting.
Not sure who is working there but all should be retrained or simply wipe the slate clean. While there the other day (yeah had to use credit from burned pizza) called three times. First time, on hold for 5 mins. I hung up. Second time, put on hold and then they immediately hung up on me. Third time answered and hung up on. This happened the whole time I waited to pick up my order while standing in lobby. Ring, answer, hang up.
My pizza looked bad but what more could I expect? How can anyone screw up a pizza so terribly? Whatever it was free. Never ever going back. Would sooner drive across town to another PH than ever consider this place again. They could give me free pizza for a year and would never go here. AVOID OR BE SORRY. PATHETIC.

I doubt the kitchen is any cleaner than the restrooms. Staff has no luster, or pride in work.

Worst Pizza Hut in History. Management acts like 3 year old liars. Please close your doors. I would rather eat lint. STAY AWAY
