I don’t usually review fast food but it is worth noting the spectacular visit we just had on our way to the zoo. The staff was friendly, fast and we received everything we ordered. Perfect!

How in the hell is a Mcdolalds listed under Jewish Bakery?

If I could give this location 0 I would! Unfortunately it’s the closest one to my work and sometimes when I don’t have time to go elsewhere I’ll stop.
1. The staff here is the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever encountered. They don’t say thank you, have a good day or ANYTHING remotely associated to customer service. They always look pissed off and annoyed that I came in and actually made them work!
2. They constantly have their credit/​debit machines down and don’t tell you until you’ve ordered and are at the pay window. On one visit they told me «you can come inside and order» and I asked if they could just run my card upfront. I was given an extremely rude response and told to come inside! After writing a terrible review on the McDonalds website, the manager called me and offered a free meal. but did NOT address his rude staff or any plan to make this location better.
3. I stopped today for a quick lunch and once again was greeted with the worst customer service ever. I got my food and said thank you (as any person showing gratitude would) and I got the look of death from the girl… seriously?
I would suggest the owners take a serious look at these comments and work to make this location better. Your staff are horrible and clearly your manager is too!
DO NOT COME HERE!

The Good: Its close to home and they have wi-​fi, plus they are open late so we can get after bar food.
The Bad: Its on Colorado and Bruce Randolf, which if you are from Denver means that it is in the closest thing that we have to a bona fide hood, which means that you may see more than 50% non-​white people at anytime. I don’t know if it really counts as bad, but it gets kinda weird there. I had a homeless man tell me that he didn’t talk to my kind (by that I didn’t know if he meant white, jewish or a man that dresses like a lesbian, but one of those things really upset him.)
The Ugly: At night hitting the drive-​thru is a crap-​shoot. I actually think they get enjoyment by screwing with people in the line.

slowest McDonald’s in Denver. OMG. I would not even give this location a 1 because it sucked so bad.
At 6am it took 16 minutes to get thru the line. There was 1 car in front of me. It took 6 minutes to just order my food and 10 minutes to get in. The young black man with tats was so unfriendly, he should be the one making the food and not working with customers. He did not apoligize for my wait, and he did not even say thank you for your order. I am suprised that he did not throw my oatmeal at me.
This McDonalds is always super slow in the mornings for who knows what reason.
I will not go here again to pick up a fast breakfast. I will stop somewhere else.
