Really should’ve checked this place out on Unilocal before going. $ 32 for a mani pedi. Most un-relaxing experience. I think they were trying to get me out of there as fast as possible. Wish I could say that was the worst part, but it wasn’t. I originally asked for a gel mani but changed my mind after my lady gave me attitude when I asked her to cut my nails. «You didn’t say your nails need to be cut» Really??? I’m here for a mani and that’s not offered regularly? Okay, I’ll let that slide… Then after she filed them I ask her to even even them out because they were crooked. Her reply, «well your fingers are crooked.» If anyone has ever seen Angela Johnson’s comedy nail skit you know exactly why this sounds so absurd. Oh and they couldn’t help themselves and had try and up sell the pedi. And of course I hear her huffing in Vietnamese to the lady doing my pedi. After I changed my mind about the gel.

The technician, John, raced through a pink/white rebase, pedicure and manicure in less than 55 minutes. He was busy watching a football game on TV and barely engaged in any kind of conversation In getting to know me. I felt that they had to go fast … forget quality. In and Out should be the name of this salon. They will not surpass the other two salons in this area … so sad!

Absolutely AWFUL! I’ve never experienced such rude customer service from a «spa» until coming here. The tech rushed through my mani/pedi, and acted as though I wasn’t even sitting in the chair, she was more concerned with gossiping with her co-workers whom were making fun of my mom, laughing and pointing. I requested(and paid for) a mani and pedi, the pedi was rushed and the mani was simply a trim of my nails/cuticles and polish applied. While under the drying lamps, the tech insisted we pay and stood over my mom as she filled in the receipt and got an attitude when we didn’t tip in cash. I now have a cut under my nail due to the tech cutting so deep. While drying, we noticed they do NOT sanitize tools or soak bowls. Another tech rinsed the soak bowl, dumped the water and set it back with the others. Disgusting!

I never have been more UN-relaxed and rushed through a mani/pedi before. The woman who did my nails was an older lady and was not gentle or pleasant at all. I paid for the shellac mani which peeled completely off every finger w/in 3 days. I don’t think she put on the base product for the shellac and it was bubbling before I left the salon. She just told me it would settle in smoothly… i didn’t believe her but was so excited to get out of there, I didn’t press it. Not worth the cost, they act like they don’t want to work there. i had to apply lotion after my massages because my hands were dry! Worst 45 mins ever getting nails done. I should have just gone w/Beautiful Nails across the street… they are my go to but thought I would try another out… shame on me!

NOTAWESOME!!! I went here on a whim with my daughter. They ONLY painted her hands and feet and charged me $ 30 for her! No PEDI, no soaking, NOTHING but paint! I got a Deluxe Spa Pedi and the mud is STILL on my feet! She said she couldn’t get it off… SERIOUSLY??? Charged me $ 83 for a CRAPPY job! NEVER returning! Go somewhere else!

This was one of, if not the worst pedicure experience I have ever had!!! My mom and I went in to get pedis together and immediately after some other folks came in as well! It seemed as tho they rushed through our service so they wouldn’t lose out on the other customers!!! We got the basic pedi… and believe me it was basic! Hardly spent any time on anything… the entire thing was maybe 8 minutes!!! Then we also had them paint two of my daughters nails(feet and hands) They charged $ 5 for hands and $ 7 for feet when originally they said $ 5 to get nails painted! I don’t understand why feet cost $ 2 more when they’re not doing anything other than painting them??? Also, let me add that the entire time the 3 techs sat and spoke in their language to one another and hardly said two words to either of us or my children!!! I don’t mind them speaking in their language but the entire time having a conversation?! Really?! I would feel this way even if I understood what they were saying! You are servicing a customer! This is not gossip hour! DON’T GOHERE! Go to Beautiful Nails! Much better! UPDATE: Gave a 2nd try! That sure was a mistake! Enough said…

A lovely new salon. Wonderful technicians with the latest trends in mani/pedi and full sets of nails. They even do facials! Dead Sea minerals that make your skin silky smooth. Right across the parking lot from King Soopers. Open daily.

I came here at 10am because the nail salon I was hoping to go to was booked. It was my first time and I came in for a pedi/full set. The pedi was mediocre at best and the nail tech who did my full set, made them how I wanted them to look… But at the expense of extremely sore fingernails and at least 6 cuts. I am leaving to New York tmrw and it sucks that I will have to worry about all these cuts while I am trying all sorts of different foods. I do not intend on returning.
