McDonalds

One of the best McDonald’s in town! The staff cares about you and is always willing to help in any way they can. They even started bringing your food to the table if you are dining in. Last week I forgot my wallet at home and Kelly in the drive thru gave me my food anyway! Such awesome staff!

I’ve been to many states and by far this is the best McDonald’s I’ve been too. We had a really large order and got our order less than 5 minutes. There were some mistake to our order but the crew quickly fixed it without hesitation.

I’m tired of walking into this McDonald’s to see four employees standing by the drive through and then waiting to be served. They don’t even have the courtesy to say «we’ll be right with you» or «sorry about that wait». Every fast food place favors the drive through but this McDonald’s makes it painfully clear that lobby customers are worth less. They don’t try to hide it. Furthermore if you’re taking my money please provide a quantum of customer service. Don’t make me wait and then make it clear that you don’t care. And lastly, if you feel that the above is asking too much of a McDonald’s, please get the order right. Surely I can expect that right? I asked you kindly not to over salt my fries and as always you ignored me. You guys were pretty on the ball about charging me though. If nothing else I’m finally fed up enough to just cook at home despite the time crunch and for that McDonald’s I thank you.

It’s an okay place for a McDs. We have been to the play land twice and my almost two year old loves it.

Two lane drive thru and clean inside. It is a new fast-​food joint for the area and options around are limited at this time.

Ok, it’s McDonalds. Not delicious nor healthy, but I’ve got to hand it to this one. This is the cleanest McDonalds I’ve ever been in. The kids play area is always neat and doesn’t smell of urine and vomit like other ones. The women’s restroom changing table actually has the disposable liners. I have 3 kids and I have NEVER seen a changing table with the liners. Keep it up.

It would be difficult to get a McDonald’s five stars but this one is really a good one. I am hooked on McDonald’s iced tea so I frequent them often because for $.99 in that cup as large as you can get that as a screaming deal. This one has a very efficient service very quick and when you go inside extremely clean. Everyone is always very friendly and although I use the drive-​through mostly it’s very fast.

A new establishment will always make mistakes, and this new Reunion McDonald’s has made quite a few during my visits there since it opened (wrong sandwich, different sized fry, etc.).
However, they have never been less than understanding and willing to please when said mistakes were brought to their attention. I’ve yet to receive anything less than excellent customer service from this location, so I’m more than willing to forgive these small boo-​boos from a brand-​new locale.
Plus, apparently they’re ²⁴⁄₇. So fellow Reunionites who also crave those magical french fries at 2 am? Looks like we’re in luck!

Nice new McD, even nicer owners! They spared no expense with this one. Great play land, cool light table, more features on the way!
