If McDs Corp or the Health Dept did random inspections, this location would be challenged to pass.
Their non-​food offerings, the play area, is their only strength.
Eat elsewhere.
Benefit of doubt: local customers are predominantly construction workers and truckers. The epitome of rude. Belle Creek residents are smart enough to eat elsewhere.

Just a half asx mcdonalds service is slow and rude place is probably mis managed… but it’s mcdonalds what can I really expect food is basically plastic … maybe next time it will be ok

Breakfast is served all day now but they ran out of biscuits… This happens from time to time so it wasn’t a big deal. I cancelled my entire order so I could go to a different McDonalds to get the biscuit… Go to the one down 104^th and Chambers and they tell me they don’t serve biscuits all day… Only McMuffins, hot cakes and burritos. Tried to call this McDonalds back to ask them to tell people this so they don’t go to the trouble of finding another McDonald’s and it just rings and rings. No one will answer. Terrible service!

I heard McDonalds might be closing some of its restaurants. Please let it be this one. I think they owe me now about $ 30 dollars in missed food. Their service is so bad now they are clearing the ordering screen before you get to the window to improve their numbers. But now they ask you what you ordered. And guess what? They get it wrong still. I just paid 11 dollars for my food and only got about 7 dollars of it. WTF? Every damn time I go there. Employees are boring, and I agree, their ice cream machine is always broken. If you go inside they ignore you to make sure drive through line is moving.
Management doesn’t pay attention to these reviews because I have never heard back. Other restaurants do. Big city contacted me the next day after I had a bad experience. I am going to contact corporate now, everyone else do the same. This place is garbage.

The absolute worst service ever. The workers were rude and had no manners. They got our order wrong. Plus no sauce.

Staff is either poorly trained or just don’t care (or both). Not that you usually expect McDonalds to be gourmet, but it would be nice if the food was at least somewhat fresh and hot.

Wow food tastes old and like it had been waiting for me there for hours! Employees are young poorly trained, if trained at all high schoolers.

Still have been trying to get ice cream from this place and it is always «broken». I’m not sure if they just don’t want want to make it or what but there is no excuse for having a «broken» machine every day for a year.

This is about the only place to go after hours and each and every time the service is slow and the food is stale and cold, which doesn’t make any sense. What are the staff doing to take so long if the food is so old and cold? I have yet to have anything good from this location. It’s too bad because the neighborhood was excited to finally have a fast food restaurant near by. Sadly, my family and I won’t be returning.

Awful coffee. Breakfast sandwich seems to have been sitting out since yesterday. Employees less than sympathetic.

5 star rating when considering it is fast food. Employees were nice. Quick service. They acted like they cared. Tough to do many times in a very unrewarding job. Clean Inside.

This place is always «out of» stuff every time i order a mcflurry or milkshake they just say we don’t have it. Which usually means that the lazy employee doesnt want to actually make you anything. So then I order the 10pc nuggets. I got them pretty quick which was nice but also worries me about the quality of food i am about to receive. Sure enough I check the nuggets just over a minute of getting them and the insides where cool and the texture gave me a feeling that they had been sitting out for awhile. I would just not even risk waisting my money here and eating somewhere else.

This place sucks, why did I try again. Ice cream machine broken, employees sitting in lounge at 730 at night losers!

This McDonald’s is a new clean and big. My seven-​year-​old loves the play structures and computers also they have bouncy houses occasionally outside. The service is outstanding and the staff is so friendly.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. On multiple occasions, orders weren’t right. Fries were cold. Burger tasted awful. Even daughters nuggets were bad… dry, overcooked.

Hands down worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and asked to add cheese on it, when I got to the window I verified with them that it had cheese the said no it didn’t so they told me I would have to pay more which I did by the time I got my sandwich still had no cheese. Not to mention every time I have been there the soda is flat or the employees do something nasty like wipe of cups with there shirts!

Food was ok. Numerous flies on numerous tables. Tiny flies even in tip of ketchup dispenser. Gross.
