This place used to be wonderful. Very nice staff, good coffee, great place to hang out and study. Things have gone downhill quite a bit. First, bring a heavy coat no matter what the weather. It’s always freezing in here, mentioning to the staff just gets you an eye roll. Today, they forgot to make both my and my companion’s drinks. After 10 minutes, when I went back up to the counter and asked for them, I got an «oh,» and a sullen delivery of the drinks in a few minutes. The staff is very young and seemingly not suited to costumer service. (I am here once a week for a year and never recognized.) Wi-​Fi is miserably slow. Coffee is great, so do yourself a favor and go through the drive through. I’m hoping it’s a brief rough patch, I used to really like it here.

Good coffee at reasonable prices that offers some competition to the plain Starbucks Coffee that now litter every street corner! I enjoy their drive up window and the prompt service!
