It’s sonic… fast food good drink… I usually just judge fast food on service and cleanliness… This place is always on point sometimes on busy summer nights it will get behind but they always try and are polite

The service at this sonic is horrible!
Had me waiting forever. Seriously… 30 minutes?!

Hands down the worst service. Like the kind where people go out of their way to be shitty.

was not at all happy with this sonic. Went there on Thursday and ordered two sundaes, a grape slush and a strawberry milkshake for the kids and I. The person taking my order read what she had back to me but had a green apple and strawberry banana milkshake so I corrected the order and waited. When my stuff came to the table area I got a green apple slush and strawberry banana milkshake. I was not happy. How can you not change the order when I told you it was wrong and needed to be changed.

Hubby and I were craving hot fudge sundaes. So met at Sonic and London served us two of the best we’ve ever had. And didn’t even laugh that we were eating ice cream in 30 degree weather.

I took a star off because the last few times I’ve stopped by this location, something’s been going on that’s becoming more and more irritating. When you pull up to the order window, an automated voice will welcome you and ask you to place your order. Which is fine, but after I give my order I hear a bunch of shuffling around and suddenly whoever is now working the drive-​thru says «I’m sorry, could you repeat your order?»
My most recent visit, earlier today, had the automated voice and not just one but two employees ask me to repeat my order (which was a combo, so it’s not like I was ordering something weird). There seems to be ongoing issues with switching around employees at the drive-​thru window at the last minute, and having to repeat a combo order multiple times is not fun. I can’t imagine how people who have bigger and more complex orders handle this, and I really hope this location can figure out this issue ASAP.

I love Sonics’ green chili cheese burgers with bacon. I know when I order one here… it is consistent and wonderful. For my birthday, I don’t want no stinkin’ cake… I want a green chili cheeseburger with bacon… with a candle shoved into the top of the bun !

All Sonic locations have been going downhill recently but this one is absolutely horrible. I have given it multiple chances and each time the food is horrible. The once awesome All American Hot Dogs now look spoiled, off colored, and have an unpleasant taste. I think they buy their vegetables from the ghetto King Soopers because they’re always extremely un-​fresh tasting and the texture always points to rot. I always order french fries and everytime they give me tater tots; since my receipt says french fries this is a pretty severe quality control problem as it continually happens. I shouldn’t have to check my bag every time to make sure I received fries… then once they make the exchange and give me my fries, they’re always horrible tasting — no flavor and soggy.

Yummy and the service is no less than 5 min. (for me that is).
Best Sonic ever. :)

I feel like such a pioneer moving out to Reunion. There are so few things reviewed in Reunion or Commerce City.
Anyway, I digress.
Each time we have visited here the service has been friendly and quick and the food decent by Sonic standards. The location has a covered outdoor patio and a drive up window.
Food is decent but nothing you will be writing home about. The main reason for the high ranking is the friendliness of the staff at this location.
