I ordered a meal for delivery as I was traveling with a pet. They were very quick and the meal arrived hot and fresh. This was the first time I had eaten at a Ruby Tuesday’s and I was hesitant to order based on the reviews but I’m glad I did. The meal looks very plain in the Styrofoam packaging but I was expecting that so wasn’t worried. I would recommend the delivery service(I stayed at the La Quinta next door).

Food was absolutely horrible! Would have only given 1 star but our server was actually really nice. But back to the food, I ordered the Asiago sirloin with shrimp. It’s suppose to be a new item on the menu. The steak was so small that it looked like a small MC Donald hamburger patty. I order medium but came out well done. The shrimps where tiny, dry, over cooked and tasteless. At any rate for a 20+ dinner, NOTWORTHIT! My friend ordered the steak and lobster, his meal was just as bad if not worse. His lobster was a size of a medium prawn. I mean really I have seen bigger shrimps than that lobster. You’re better off eating else where. AVOIDTHISPLACEIFYOUWANTGOODFOOD! Won’t be back.

This is a chain… and very predictable. I cant really say more. It met my expectations, but does not provide a «dining experience.»

Potentially lost a customer. This was our go-to en route to the airport. A chain is usually reliable or consistent food and speed of service. This time food was slow, enough that I asked to check with the kitchen and then we spent extra time needing a manager to get a coupon validated because«their system didn’t accept the code» when it read«till Dec 29» and today is the 27th. A few dollars off on a coupon isn’t as frustrating as not feeling valued as a customer by an indifferent manager. No one was rude, and I did get my small coupon eventually validated, but it felt like the lowest denominator of service. Overall, food was okay, the shrimp fondue being one of the better items(chips were fresh) and the strawberry lemonade is done well here. But there’s a lot of places where I can spend $ 80.

Ordered to go because we were exhausted and looking to stay in the hotel the rest of the night so Ruby Tuesday seemed like a good and quick option since it was right across from the hotel. My husband called in the order and we were told 15 mins for our order to be ready by the girl who answered the phone. When my husband got there, the staff realized the girl who took our order never entered it into the system so he would have to wait until they could have it done for us. The plus side is that the manager on duty was EXTREMELY helpful and apologetic for her worker’s mistake and offered my husband a free drink while he waited. When my husband politely declined, she didn’t charge us for one of our entrées and even gave us two free deserts. Even though we were a little inconvenienced, the manager was super attentive and went above and beyond to make it right. Now that is true customer service and I would go back to this restaurant again simply for this reason. The food was good… a little too good because we are stuffed!

Food was horrible. Restaurant was dirty and service was some of the worst I have ever had in Colorado any where. The ribs tasted uncooked and the ranch was served warm with chicken basket. Only good think was the pop tasted normal. Restroom was dirty too smelled and looked like they haven’t cleaned the floors in weeks. Waitress didn’t bus the table at all and bar had plates from people who left sitting after over 30 minutes. Also to add to it the hostess was working on the salad bar when came in wearing gloves which was good but coughing all over and then sat us while still having her gloves on. Do not recommend stopping in if on the way to the airport as it was horrible.

Good bar food and great Happy Hour beer prices. Good place to kill time if you get to the airport too early.

Great place for the travelers. Wide variety menu, decent salad bar, great beer selection, lots of TV’s. The staff is very friendly, service oriented, and reasonably priced. Can’t go wrong here.

I can’t believe all the terrible reviews. People, you are not at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. It’s Ruby Tuesdays out by the airport for cripe sake. It’s fine. I had a good burger and salad for a decent price. Staff was friendly. Good happy hour specials. Really, did you expect a five star amazing gourmet meal. Really? My meal was good and I would go back again. I wish they would bring back the chocolate pudding on the salad bar though. Nice to have a dessert item on there. Hint hint Late happy hour starts at 9 pm. $ 2 drafts. $ 5 cheeseburgers. Cool!

This is a typical Ruby Tuesday. They are all the same… uninspired salad bar and mediocre food. We stayed at a hotel close by before flying out the next morning. My wife and I were craving a salad and decided to give it a shot. Not a good decision! We both had to send back an item. Her green beans were almost raw and my sirloin was totally inedible. The server was very good and replaced the items. We both said that we knew better to have high expectations but we tried. We will not return to any Ruby Tuesday. Just a poorly operated chain.

Excellent service. Unfortunately tasteless food. Boring salad bar. I got the parmesean crusted chicken. After several bites I just stopped eating, paid and went to the 7 eleven for a hot dog and chips, which was a far better choice.

Friendly bartender and typical RT food. Nice place to stop and wait while you are going to pick up people from the airport. The HH is good and the salad bar is fresh. Probably the best place on tower road by far. This Ruby Tuesday is only 8 minutes from DIA pickup which makes it my go to place when I have to do an airport pickup.

First let me say it’s in a great location. There’s nothing but hotels around so I expected to be some unknown restaurants. When I asked Siri and the concierge, I was surprised that I was only a five minute walk from Ruby Tuesdays. It’s been years since I’ve been to one so I was glad to see a patio, service was great from the moment I came in. It was a Friday night and I just wanted a drink and fries so I can’t speak much on food. The salad bar looked appetizing though. I had a great server and a yummy peach margarita which was a nice size for $ 6.00. Great spot and the next time I’m in town, I’ll be back.

Situated in the groups of hotels near DIA, this eatery is perfect for drinks at the bar, a midnight snack of a dinner with family or friends. Friendly staff, good food and fast service make this place highly recommended for those staying in the area and the fact they deliver is as impressive as the salad bar.

Wanted to sit in bar area to watch Stanley Cup final start. Bad– 1. Do not come in side entry door, although it’s allowed. Workers literally block your progress, because work station is directly in front of you, but then also scorn your presence upon you wondering how to sit. One guy even told me to go around front to be seated. Very strange and uncomfortable greeting. 2. Do not sit at the bar and expect decent service during late happy hour. Too busy? Good– 1. Food isn’t too bad and 2. Prices are fair for the quality. Ugly– Restrooms are in a very weird position here. Workers tell you to go back the through employee crowds to get there. «Excuse me,“comments outweigh the worth. Better to walk the long way around to get there. Better off heading to Sporting News Grill to watch a game.

It’s a chain, and it’s one of the few choices for dinner if you’re sequestered in the odd hotel oasis near the Denver airport. So, you know, there’s that. Staff is quite friendly. Ate here a couple times, and the happy hour specials, limited as they are, present a better deal for apps and drinks. I had steak & lobster one night; seafood trio the next. Food came relatively quickly and was all pretty tasty. I especially liked the spaghetti squash. So why only 2 stars? They charged me $ 10 for a glass of wine. A cheap cheap blend. From a box. $ 10. That’s just rude.

Really nice location! Super fast service and friendly wait staff. Our food and drinks came out surprisingly fast. And the food was hot and fresh. We really enjoyed our visit. Thumbs up to the mini biscuits!

Un memorable hmmm. I hate it when I can’t remember anything about a meal. Blah. Oh! I remember now. It’s right across the street from the hotel where you can get free parking while your on vacation…(hint hint)…I thought the food was good but a little over priced for what your get. I got the crab cakes and unfortunately they were kind of bready. Such is life.

When I travel to Denver for a short overnight trip, I typically don’t stray too far away from Tower Road, which limits the number of places to eat to just a handful. Ruby Tuesday is my standby… it’s a short walk from the hotel. The crowd at Ruby Tuesday is always lively. Apparently there was a big game on TV that had the bar packed, so I sat in the family dining area. Our server was on it. prompt with the water and joked around with us as we looked over the drink menu. I asked a couple of questions about the menu and the server was able to answer them without any problem(although one other question required the help of a Manager). I ended up going with the vegetable plate, which was a choice of three of their sides and the salad bar. I went with the grilled zucchini, spaghetti squash and… uh. I can’t remember the third thing. Everything was great though, and I ate everything and was too full to order dessert.
