Walmart Supercenter

I ordered my daughters tablet online, tried to use the pick up service they promote online. This store was the closest to me (I live in Thornton) that had it available for pick up. I have never met so many rude people in one place before, in my life! First I go to customer service (because I know there is NEVER anyone in the back for pick up) so I figured I’d think ahead so they can page someone to go back there. That way, by the time I walk back there, my tablet is ready for pick up as it should be! Nope. I go to customer service, the lady looked like she hated life & hated working there. Rolled her eyes at me and said «you have to go to the back» I said «can you page someone for back there?» I assumed she did but I guess not because I waited for a good 10 minutes. And yes, before you jump down my throat, I followed the directions on the register and did it for both so I could get someone faster. No one came. Meanwhile over 10 employees passed me as the pick up is near the break room. Did ANY of them ask me if I’ve been helped or need help?! Hell no! God forbid someone does their job. So finally I was annoyed as all, and 2 ladies passed me talking away, I go «Excuse me! Do you work here? Can you please help me?» And one of the girls looked me up and down and as she was walking away shouted (with an attitude, I might add) «I have to page someone» WTF! Then do it!!!
Finally a tiny little lady that barely spoke English asked me if I needed help. She said she was still on her break but would be happy to get my tablet. Her name was Chola & this Walmart location needs TONS of Chola’s! I’m appalled that these Walmart employee’s are allowed to treat customers like this. Have some pride in your work & ALWAYS treat others the way you would want to be treated. And if you don’t like working there, find some place else to work. Its not fair to treat everyone else poorly because YOU made terrible life choices. This place needs new management & a major boot camp for the employee’s on customer service! TERRIBLE customer service! Avoid this location at ALL costs!!!

Worst decision of my adult life bringing my car here for new tires. I would have left hours ago if not for the dangerous bubble on my tire and this being the only place open on a Sunday.

My review is mostly for the pharmacy, but I’ll give a brief overview:
This Walmart has to be the most ghetto Walmart I’ve ever been to. The parking lot is full of shifty looking people, it is filthy, and the place closes at night. You know you’re in a bad neighborhood if your Walmart closes at night instead of being open ²⁴⁄₇. The floors in there are disgusting, like they have never been washed. They seldom have more than two lanes open (come on, where’s the self checkout?), making your average wait to be checked out nearly 20 minutes at night. I don’t even buy food or really, anything at this Walmart anymore.
Which brings me to the pharmacy. I on average fill 3 – 5 prescriptions a month. One for the dog, 3 – 4 for me (depending if I’ve seen the dentist — ouch!), sometimes I pick up meds for family.
The average trip goes like this:
Get to the pharmacy. Is it closed? It closes from 1pm to 2pm. Wait for pharmacy to reopen for ten minutes. Stand in line, wait 20 minutes to pick up meds. Cashier then tells you she can’t find you in the system and she’s standing RIGHT NEXT TO the rack they keep all the completed prescriptions on. SHE CAN’T EVEN BE BOTHERED TO LOOK. She writes the first few letters of your name down and tells you to take it to the drop off window. Then, the drop off window lady searches until she finds it, usually takes 5 minutes. While you wait, the old lady pharmacist cusses out her staff and calls them idiots as if you can’t hear them. You begin to lose hope. Maybe a stroke wouldn’t be so bad compared to this, but your unmedicated dog… can’t live with that.
Once they finally find the prescription, you have to get back in the pick up line behind a ton of other people and wait… again. Then, you finally get there and they find the medicine and sell it to you. You leave the Walmart and see the sun again for the first time in an hour, because it really took that long.
And that is what drove me to transfer all my prescriptions to King Soopers in Reunion. Management called me today and said they’re trying to fix it. Nothing short of a total makeover of this store will impress me. Sorry, but Walmart needs to just be done in Commerce City, it is practically on life support as it is.

The 0 stars option should exist. I thought I will still stop at this Walmart even with all the bad reviews. I wish I wouldn’t have done that. If you just need to buy every day stuff then this is the place, but if you need any service, avoid this Walmart. They’re lazy and not friendly at all… Or not even willing to help. I went to Electronics and the guy there was in such a bad humor that when I asked for help he responded: «what do you want“I told him and he said: «I could help you but you’ll have to wait a few minutes until I finish what I’m doing» like, seriously? I don’t mind waiting but he was weird and no one else around so I left. He seemed to be drunk, sleepy or just not in a mood.

One of the Walmart, I dreg going. We needed some stuffs, since we are in the Neighborhood running errands. This recent visit was on Thursday September 4^th 2014. Time was about 18:45hrs ish. As usual this place is busy, but NOT stocked up properly. *SIGH*

Sweet mercy. This is the WORST Walmart I have EVER been to. This place is extremely filthy and disgusting. There were no available carts inside the building when I went the other day, although there were plenty strewn all around the parking lot. Shady customers shopping here and loitering outside the building. YUCK.

Giving them one star since I know one of the cashiers there. Other wise if you want to get hit by the cart person cause he has his head phones on and doesn’t care that your trying to park and takes up the spot your trying to get into. Then when you get out of your vehicle and he yells at you. So tried to talk to a manager and was told not my section. Tried to talk to his supervisor and was told to wait till he got off the phone on a personal phone call.
Since I was already in the store figured to get lunch hahahaha joke central, the food looked old and dried out in the hot display case. When asked when more fried chicken was coming out was told about and hour. GROSS
There was only about 4 items total in the display. Mind you this was at 12 noon I only have an hour for lunch.
Went to produce department good luck on finding produce bags there is only 3 stations so you have to wonder around to find them.
When to bakery to get a piece of cake and all were turned upside down.
From that point left and went to a fast food place another bad experience

Yes, I shop at Walmart. But I hate this one. Parking lot is always filthy, some crazy looking folks lurking around in the lot in the evenings, the inside of the store is dirty also, and the produce section often looks unattended to with rotten produce laying on top of good produce… Yuck. The staff I have encountered do not seem to give
a $#!T everything I had asked for a location of I was told they don’t have or don’t carry… Really? Had to walk in circles to find items myself… that they do indeed have. Store is in need of new management pronto.

With this store I wish there was a «no star» rating! Its dirty the staff is not friendly and at 7:00 at night they block all the main isles to start stocking early. What a pain. I seriously drive five miles more to a different store to avoid this one.

Monday nights provide for a good opportunity to entertain the risk of getting jumped.

This is the worst smelling Walmart I have ever been to! It is dirty-​the floors, bathrooms, shelves, the whole place. They do have some very friendly workers and they always have everything you need. If they would clean the place up and it didn’t smell like rotten eggs/​throw up, I would shop here regularly. Sorry Walmart!

20 to 30 minute lines to pay Walmart money. Wretched store. I left my purchases on the counter of one of the many un-​cashiered checkout lanes, vowing to never go back.

The employees are horrible, completely unhelpful, and couldn’t care less about you as a customer. The store is generally a mess and I have never seen an employee doing anything to clean it up. The clientele is absolutely awful as well. I’ve been approached numerous times in the parking lot and been asked if I’d buy tamales out of someone’s car. Yeah… I THINK NOT! And most recently I was approached by another costumer in the store where she asked me if I’d like to go to a bible study. I said no thank you and walked away and she continued to scream at me about the second coming of Christ.
If you’re think WTF, we are on the same wavelength here. AVOID THIS WALMART! IT SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS!!! I’ve written a letter to the Walmart headquarters already about how despicable this certain store is. Trust me, it’s worth it to drive a bit further to a different store.

Avoid this Wal-​Mart if it can be helped. It’s dirty and there’s a funky odor when one walks in.
I’ve been here late nights before and let me tell ya; it’s quite bothersome to be waiting in line when there’s only one register open with 20 some customers all waiting to check out.

Very disappointed with my shopping experience. Couple of weeks ago I needed a new humidifier. I thought Walmart would be the perfect place to find a large selection. None of the staff could help me find anything I was looking for, not a humidifier. not a plant. Everyone seemed pretty clueless and unhelpful. I would suggest they have specialist in areas… especially in the plant department. I ended up leaving Walmart without anything. I headed to Target…

If you aren’t spanish speaking you’ll totally stick out at this walmart. The facility is really unkempt, crowded, and I’d just as soon not bother. Forgo walmart and go to Target. Really. Commerce city smells like poo anyway. Stupid factory.

Piss poor. As in don’t go. Avoid. I live in the north half of CC and I won’t even go here to keep my tax dollars local.
Sketchy customers (more-​so than your regular Wal*Mart ones), dirty bathrooms, and gang graffiti on parking lot signs.
Need I say more? Go up to Quebec and go to the one there if you have to. Even 1 star is too much for this location.

I have a love hate relationship with walmart. This one is decent to go during the night time hours otherwise its to crowded and lack of enough cashiers.
