This is the place to go when you think«there’s nothing to do». This place is massive and has tons to do. There is virtual golf, which is a lot of fun and amazingly impressive with how accurate it is to true play. There are also ping pong tables, a putting green, horseshoes, and my favorite, SANDVOLLEYBALL;10 courts which always tend to fill up because of how awesome this place is. The crowd is very mixed ethnically and age-wise. I have seen families, teenagers, adults, and every other group enjoying food, drinks, games, or all of the above. The prices for everything are reasonable. The food is bar food, and to me it is nothing special, but I don’t have any complaints about it either. Rent a court, get a drink, keep your tab open while you play some volleyball, eat, play some more, drink some more, and have a fun night. You’re welcome in advance.

Love the food. Like WOW. Best burgers and sliders, best Caesar salad and croutons, best mac and cheese. The cooks really took the time to perfect each dish every time I’ve ordered food there. For example, the buns on the sliders are perfectly seared and crunchy on the edges from a toaster oven or grill, but it’s still nice and soft. The waitstaff is so so. It’s hit or miss. Sometimes they’re awesome and super sweet, and other times it’s hard to get anyone to come take our order.(We sit by the volleyball courts outside.)

The place is O.K. The wait staff is friendly and the food comes out pretty quick from my experiences! The bar staff isn’t the friendliest but they’re quick to serve. The food is always good! Pizza here is delicious and the wings are great. I can never go wrong when getting a salad either for something light. I like the atmosphere with the indoor and outdoor option, there aren’t any other bars around that have that but the buildings interior is WAYTOOBIG! It makes you feel like you’re the only one in there and when you feel like there is no one at the bar it makes you want to leave. They need to figure out how to section it off and open it up when it’s needed(such as last years Halloween party, the space was necessary). They also need to work on the live music to get people dancing and having fun, Music that plays 24⁄7 on the radio isn’t always going to do the trick lol. Overall the place is a good time but they have some fine tuning to do. That place has a lot of potential and it’s still new!

Official my fav wings. Fresh not frozen great sauces and great bar tender. Diamond Jim dandys houses to be my fav. Wings but they only have one sauce. New menu looks great. Pizza is good too. I hear the nachos are great. Our next item to try,

We went with a bunch of people to play some volleyball, it was a really great time. It’s nice to have a place like this around. There’s quite a few beach volleyball courts, maybe around 10. And some other games like corn hole, table tennis, billiards, etc. The food was alright, typical bar food. The beer on tap wasn’t a great selection though. My main complaint really is that the staff wasn’t good. They barely came around and we never got refills on our waters although we were their for over 2 hours. Plus the place wasn’t super busy so there really was no excuse. When you enter it looks like there’s some mini golf on the right, then as you walk in there’s a big open area with some tables and the indoor bar. Once you walk past all that there’s the outside with the beach volleyball courts and the outdoor bar. Pretty nice set up but there’s heaps of open space, I’m not too sure if there’s a reason for that, it seemed kind of like a waste. But I’m sure it’ll be great to add new things to the place. Overall, with some better service, this place can do very very well.

Great place! There’s a ton to do here — volleyball, golf, corn hole, fooseball and ping pong! Tons of beer on top and delicious but standard bar food. My family comes here for just a fun night out all the time. It’s great! And the Service is just fine :)

I have been here any times and all times of the year and my overall experiences are just OK. In the summer this place is insane due to the outdoor volleyball courts they have in the back. It pretty much stays busy from 8pm-2am in the summer months. In the winter, this place is dead. The building they are in used to be a home furnishing wholesale place for builders and contractors so it is very large inside, almost too large. Because of the size is always feels empty, you feel really small, and it has an overall cold, uneasy feeling. The windows are tinted so its aways dark. On just a regular Saturday night they don’t really drive a huge crowd. I have been here on a few«drinking» holidays and its never really that busy. I have never played the virtual golf but I hear its a good time. I have however, played on the volleyball courts at night while the DJ was playing. The sand on the courts is absolutely disgusting, by the end of the day it is wet and packed down so much that is doesn’t even look like sand anymore. In my experience the same people play on the same court all night, they just pass it between friends. Also, the people who are playing volleyball aren’t drinking. The last time I was their(last summer) all of the payers were just drinking water. It seems kind of pointless to play at a bar if you aren’t going to drink. There is also a dance floor inside the bar where they sometimes feature live bands that aren’t really all that good and never really get anyone dancing.

Great place to hangout with friends. Large collection of activities ranging from beach volleyball to indoor golf. They carry craft beer and serve pretty decent bar food. I’m a big fan of the sliders. Employees are always nice and fast service.

Service was rude last time we went for golf. Waitress had an attitude. The staff was sitting around and talking as we were waiting patiently for them to finish conversation so that we can order. Ordered food which was below average. Asked for a condiment after food arrived and it took 15 minutes. The place is HUGE, and it was about 5% occupied when we got there. Imagine if the place was actually full. What would they do then?

Today our 5 year old decided she wanted to hit some balls, so I quickly googled«indoor golf». We decided to try On The Dunes based on the pictures and a great hostess when I called to inquire about children’s clubs. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find a really amazing golf set up. Our daughter was given plenty of choices of clubs and we were set up on a screen. Beer and food for me was good and our server Spencer was on top of checking in on us, cleaning up, and quickly closed out my tab when requested. Ask for him if you come here! Golf knowledge and service was amazing with Doug. He showed us how to use the screen and touch system, even showed us some kids games. Very excited to come back here to get the little one out of the house when it’s raining or cold and even more excited to bring some of our friends here for some drinks and rivalry.

I’ve been here a few times now. It’s been about a 3 – 3.5 star experience each time. This time was a bit different and while nothing crazy happened, I’m hoping that they’ll see this and think about applying some common sense to their business practices. Some friends and I went to play golf on the simulators there. It’s a bit pricey for most people at $ 40/hour, so we’re naturally looking to get our money’s worth out of the time. Since the group ahead of us dawdled on their way out by begging for additional bonus/free time, we started about 15 minutes later than scheduled. No problem for us right? That is until our scheduled time was up, the next group was waiting and the staff is telling us to wrap it up. Now we’re in a debate with the staff over when our time on the simulator actually started. This resulted in us not getting our full time and the next group starting late as well. Brilliant, eh? Suggestion: How about a 5 minute buffer at the top of each hour to allow the current users to move out and another 5 to allow the next group to set up? If not, how about recognizing the actual amount of time you’re charging for and so the schedule ultimately runs a few minutes off like at a real golf course. Otherwise you’ve got a group of guys begging to get an extra free hole of golf to settle a bet as is typical at a real course. The other odd thing that happened was related to the picture of the beer tube that I posted. You can order a 100oz of your favorite draft to share with friends. Great idea right? The thing is, every few minutes, a staff member would fly past and snatch empty or near-empty glasses of the beer from the counter inside our golf bay. After about three occurrences of this happening and the waitress having to bring replacement glasses, you’d think someone would get the message to stop stealing our beer. Nope. The excuse was that the bar is short on glasses so they need to collect all of the empties. We didn’t buy this line as the bar wasn’t very busy. This logic is also flawed by the fact that each time they took one of our glasses, they’d have to replace it soon thereafter. Oh well, I guess they’re just counting on us to be dumb and accept anything that comes out of their mouths as an acceptable excuse. Otherwise, this place has been an experience that I would normally recommend with the exception of aforementioned tomfoolery. Your results may vary.

Great servers. Friendly people. Excellent happy hour deals(food and beer!) and really cool technology for indoor golfing! Fun stuff and great deals on Mondays too! We really appreciated our server Jimmy. He was good-natured, friendly, and prompt. Couldn’t have asked for better! We all commented on the good quality of the food. Salad was fresh, even in the middle of winter, and the soup was tasty. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends and colleagues.

It was a rainy evening so we headed indoors! The golf was fun. Practice and putting area before paying for the hour of simulation. Ping pong while waiting for our food, before the golf. Private area for each group/family/party. The service was friendly and the food was good. We had the bruschetta appetizer and the buffalo burger with blue cheese fondue and pretzel bun, delicious!!!

I really enjoyed my time here for my friends birthday dinner. This bar/grille is really cool and unlike any I’ve seen before. They have golf simulators, a little put put area, and they have an outside beach like volleyball area. They also have some pin pong tables that I did not do to well at. Our waitress was very nice, and our food was delicious. I had the boneless chicken wings with a buffalo spicy sauce I think, was soo good. Also my salad was great, super tasty. I ordered without the bacon, it was tossed and she gave us extra dressing on the side. The only thing I didn’t care for was the loud live band outside, I don’t care for loud music. But it was outside and away from me, so I was comfortable. Place is huge, very spacious and super fun. I had a great time.

This is a great place to have fun!!! I loved the volleyball courts!!! The food wasn’t really what I thought it would be. I had a turkey burger and it tastes a little generic. The service was really slow but we went for a good time and we had just that!!!

Fun Place. We meet some friends up there for a little fun. They have food and a full bar. It was tough for me to eat. I’m gluten free and not a lot for me to pick from. The staff was very nice. lots of people. Glad we went and for sure will be back.

This bar is HUGE. It’s basically wide open but full of fun games to play. They have ping pong, which I dominate at, corn hole, which they call me eagle eye Zach due to my pin point accuracy, and golf simulators. They don’t have too many craft beer options, which hopefully they will expand. The service is good. I would suggest checking it out if you’re in the area.

I give our server an 8. Hostess a 9. She took my family for a tour! Food was awful. Pizza was on par with chef boy r dee. Hamburger was ordered medium rare. Came out well done. Feh. Great place to play, but food is obviously not important.

Stopped by last night for a beer and a pizza to check this place out. All the negative reviews almost scared us away but we figured let’s give it a chance. Glad we did. Once you get past the fact you are sitting in an old lumber yard, the place really grows on you. Sat at the bar and the bartender was very attentive. Started with chips and salsa… nothing to brag about but not bad either. The pizza on the other hand was quite good. The bartender described as very close to a New York type pie and I would have to agree. Thin crust but with body and just the right amount of cheese and sauce. Around 8:00 the place started to fill up and the atmosphere greatly improved. We will go again and perhaps sit at the outdoor bar and take in the sand volleyball action. Overall I get what they are trying to do here and believe it not only will catch on but easily work.
