Simcor Construction

Here is a update to my earlier review. It has been 7 months since Simcor completed our job. I now have several spots where grout needs to be re done. We were very vocal about how uneven and terrible job of laying the sub floor was but were reassured all would be fine. Are floor is now very flexible and that is why the grout is failing. We have had another company come out and this is what they tell us. I expressed my concerns and displeasure to the owner Sam who sent me a text message of «you must be the most ungrateful peices of shit Ive ever met. Good luck on any kind of warranty.» Great customer service dont you think. I have worked with many restoration companies for the last 14 years as a firefighter and would never recommend this company to anyone.
I had another company come to fix the roofers damage after Simcor replaced my roof. Simcor quoted me $ 800 and the other company fixed it for $ 400. Here is the catch… the company that fixed it was the company Simcor contracted all of my work to. That company came back after the insurance claim was settled and fixed it for half of what Simcor quoted me to fix it with the same company for double the price. That is what Simcor does to people.

Stay away from this company, they get pleasure over towing cars away if you park in any of there so called «reserved» parking spots! It was after hours too, we even verified their hours of operating and it said 8 – 5:00, we parked in a spot in front of their company at 6:23 pm, thinking it would be okay… Wrong!!! It ended up costing $ 205.00 to get the car out! Must be suffering for money or something, would never hire a company that would do that to someone, towing company said the owner towed THREE Cars that night and numerous ones in the past!!!
