You are paying for the décor. Very expensive for what you get compared to other salons in the area. I had an overpriced pedicure($ 40) and was pressured to hurry up and pick out a shellac color as they kept bringing me colors that I didn’t want. I had To ask 3 times for the color samples before they brought them over. My shellac only lasted 6 days as they used a no name product and also used a very coarse emory board on my short nails. This left them rough and jagged as i noticed once i left. Don’t waste your money here; there are many good options and almost half the price that are also open on a Sunday!

The way the girl did my nails made me extremely annoyed. No attention to detail, it was rush rush rush. You would think they are in a race… Mind you, I only came here because the salon I go to was closed and I needed one of my acrylics fixed. I regret coming here. One of the girls was nice but all of the others, including the one who did my nails, were very standoffish. Wouldn’t come back to this place even if you paid me.

I have tried the salon twice. They treat you like cattle, the pedi water is less then warm and they bring you in and leave you there forever! When they get to you they try and up sell you to a different pedi to add money to your bill! Awful!

Came in here on a Friday at around 3 pm, I was in town for a wedding. Waited about 15 minutes then was put in a pedicure chair with warm water. Waited another 30 – 35 minutes. Water got cold, nobody came up to me to give me an approximate time that I’d be seen. Woman starts my pedicure, and I told her I wanted to standard pedicure, which in their price list is listed as being $ 25. It also says that a «massage» is included in it. If by massage they mean barely rubbing lotion into your skin, I guess I got a massage. I asked the lady *two* times, to massage harder. She looked at me, looked down, and did nothing. She left polish on my skin. Started my manicure, finished my manicure, no massage(again, just rubbed lotion on me – that is *not* a massage). Before she started painting my nails, I asked her to remove more of the dead skin around my thumbnail. She took the clippers and barely touched my skin, removed almost nothing. After she finished, she proceeded to accidentally hit my(still) wet toenail with her shoe. Her solution? throw a blob of clear polish on it. Looked awful. I would never, ever come here again. My total came out to be $ 35. I don’t know how that can be if the manicure is listed as $ 14 and the pedicure is listed as $ 25. I don’t know if they charged me less because of the bad customer service or if when I said«basic/standard manicure and pedicure», it meant something else. Regardless, there was no communication, no explanation, no apology. I would’ve rather had better service than paid less because I was prepared to pay. Day before a wedding, so lame. So embarrassing for them.

This place is pretty cool. The pedicure tubs are in a circle so great for a pedi party, Everyone can chat. Pedicure felt really good with the stones. Could have cleaned of callus a bit better. Shellac mani seems nice too. Looks clean, that’s a plus.

So it took 1 week for polish to chip from the MIDDLE of my nail(how does that even happen?) and another week before my toe nail cracked off. I suspect I have a fungus. Worst experience with a pedicure ever.

I got a Shellac manicure(my first) and a regular pedicure. It was the fastest pedicure I ever had, but they did a nice job — I liked the hot stones they rubbed on my legs. The nails were done nicely and they lasted well over 2 weeks, You could see the nail growth before any chips showed up. this was my first visit and I would return.

Beautiful salon, great furniture, and friendly employees! It’s the only nail salon I’ll go to. They take their time and do an excellent job. I usually get shellac manicure and a regular pedicure and they both last a long time(2 – 3 weeks.) The pricing is about the same as anywhere else. Its $ 56 for a shellac mani/regular pedi, which I don’t think is too bad, especially because it’s always a beautifully done job. Amazing salon, if you haven’t been, definitely check it out! P. S. Phong and Alice are wonderful!
