Horrible. I went online to see what time the citadel open which said 930, but that doesnt mean the stores are open yet i just realized. I went to foreign exchange because the door was ajar so i assumed it was open. All the employees barked loudly at once «we are not open!». I felt like they were so nasty and there is a much better and more polite way to speak to people. I dont mind waiting a little for the store to open but dont yell at your customers from across the room. I will definitely not be walking back into that store.

Had the most pleasant experience last week. Not only do I love the clothing and the crazy deals I seem to get but the customer service at this location was beyond my expectations. Every single employee was friendly and very helpful asking if I needed assistance (& not in like the annoying way). Even the manager was very talkative and helpful.

My wife always go to this Foreign Exchange location whenever we go to the Citadel outlet. With much patience and visits to the fitting rooms, she is able to find fabulous deals.
Because of the good deals she finds, we are able to save money to be used for other purposes. The staff is always helpful, and the racks are fairly organized so clothes are easy to sort through.
While she shops, I just walk around the Citadel. It’s good exercise to help limit the damage from my foodie cravings.

I’m usually a fan of their dresses, though lately it’s been getting a little too bold and pricey for my taste. What brought me back though is right now they have a sale going on, $ 20 on EVERYTHING in the store (EEK gawd!). Also anything priced under $ 40 is automatically half off. The catch is that these are all final sale. No biggie for me really, as long as you know the item is something you really want. Love ittttt!

I haven’t come across a store where I’ve liked the majority of the wardrobe in a long, long time… and the Citadel’s FE had a HUGE sale going on, so it was a hit! Original designs with an edge, soft/​quality fabrics, studded collared shirts, etc… my mom and I were constantly pulling things off the racks and showing each other. I don’t know if we got lucky with their end of the year sale, but everything that was over $ 40 was marked down to $ 20, and everything under 40 was 50% off. It was great and we both snagged a lot of awesome clothes for such a bargain. Best store in the Citadel Outlet, in my opinion.
