HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRIBLE! I’ve had nothing but bad experiences here on EVERY visit. I have recently done the Mobil ap, but there is just always that one barista with their BS attitude ! I finally called to complain today and George, said he was manager, seemed to be nice and apologetic. Doesn’t make up for the attitude and continued drinks(my usual) being made incorrectly, then given an attitude when asked to fix it. I only come here once a month or so but yea, even that may now be excessive. I will stick to my usual starbucks!

Had a great experience here thanks to Denise! Her customer service was awesome as well as her knowledge of all of the products. She went out of her way to explain what drinks I’d enjoy based on what I told her I liked and didn’t like in a drink. Really admired her patience and kind spirit! Will definitely come back soon!

I was really satisfied with the customer service in this Starbucks. This guy took my order and unfortunately took it wrong but luckily there was this very helpful sweet barista named Denise that fixed my drink very fast! She saved my morning from being ruined! Will definitely go back! Now she knows my order so I don’t have to worry about getting something wrong! :) thanks a lot Denise!!! :)

Worse Starbucks ever! The baristas there super rude specially one female, wavy blonde hair, light skin with black glasses! I Asked her for honey she tossed them to me and they landed on the disgusting bar full of syrup gross! They had no napkins, no milk nothing! I know it’s that time of year were everyone wants something warm but if you can’t handle working with a big crowd DON’T work there! Also did I mention they got my drinks wrong! What so hard about a Venti Chi Latte! This Starbucks deserves NO stars!!! Very disappointed

Never again will I come here. Horrible customer service by this blonde chick. The chick and guy, Shannon, is messing up bad with everyone. One lady said«this Carmel brûlée tastes horrible.» Another lady said, «this isn’t my order.» And I watched her throw out three iced drinks out before calling a name. Thank God for Dillion, the store supervisor, who apologized. The ONLY person to apologize. Thank you, Dillion. Starbucks, I say fire all of them but keep Dillion. I’m pissed. After a rough day, didn’t want to go through that shit.

I really liked how kind the cashier was. She made simple small talk and acknowledged us. The line was indeed pretty long but considering the fact that everyone looked pleasant and kind I would say it was almost completely worth it.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Lines are sooooo long and the wait to get a drink is ridiculous. I had to wait 30 minutes to get my drink(& they gave me a wrong one)!!! After I told them about it they remade my drink to get it wrong again! & I had to wait another 10mins it was so frustrating!!! I’ll NEVER go back to this specific location again!!!

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. They don’t have enough staff and the lines are so long. It takes 30 average to get your drink. Tip: buy something else instead.

This is the slowest Starbucks ever! After waiting 15 minutes for our drink, my boyfriend went up to the barista and asked where our frap was. She asked for the name then walked away. She continued to push out other drink orders. Uh ok? Then she asked if we remembered who took our order. Again, she said ok then still continued to finish other drinks. She finally made us a grande after we told her several times it was a venti. She rolled her eyes and just threw it away. She handed us the venti with no apology or anything –_–

It’s Starbucks!!! Carmel frap extra shot. The breakfast sandwich sausage, cheddar and eggs much needed before my shopping here at the citadel outlets. Barista was nice and quick. He’d even offer me a cup of water! Today is a good day.

This has got to be the worst service I have ever recieved. I used their new app which allows me to order by mobile and then come there to pick up my drink. I ordered it and it said it would be ready in 2 – 6 minutes which isnt so bad since I was on my way walking over. By the time I got there it was already 10 minutes in and I was instructed to go to the barista and ask for my drink so I did and I forgot to mention that its packed right now. So the barista named Eddie said yeah its coming right up. Okay… So I guess I just waited again and instead of making my drink, he went ahead and made another 9 drink orders, LITERALLY! Imagine how frustrated I am at this point because it was now 18 minutes in and I still didnt get my drink. I might as well just get in line and order and get it first rather than ordering on mobile. 0 star to this new starbucks app and .5 star to this barista named Eddie. If you see some guy named Eddie and you ordered on mobile, expect him to finish everyone else before yours. Worst starbucks employee up to date.

Wow this place has got to be the worst Starbucks location I ever been to.~ ever single Starbucks location I go shakes up the iced green tea latte for me with no questions asked but this place kept giving me excuses after excuses. Stating that if they do it they will get in trouble. really guys? Come up with a better excuse please. Also when I asked for a sleeve for my iced drink the guy yells at me no. How rude was that. I’m a customer not your kid. I will never come here again and will tell anyone I know never ever to go in there

WOW is the line so long on weekends!!! while waiting in line, my sister and I noticed that they had fresh blueberries. But double check on the date and see that it expires on MAY28!!! This month is JUNE! You can even see the moldy blueberries already inside the packages. Come on… does manager and staff not see this?! How disgusting is this?! Does that mean the food and everything is not as fresh also. hmmm be careful when you buy food and double check before you buy.

I’m never really the one to complain but I’ve never experienced such sarcasm and rude attitude from a Starbucks barista. The people on bar were fine. I understand the busyness and sometimes it’s hard to maintain the good composure, but you my good sir… that was unacceptable. I created a Unilocal account for the sake of reviewing your store. I asked for half and half which you emphasized as «breve» with a smart ass tone. As a partner for a company with high expectations on customer service, you need to relax and smile a little. I hate hate hate hate hate this starbucks its dirty af their pastries are stale af and there’s always bugs in there and they never get your drink right there’s always excess staff but none of them are actually working they just stand around and don’t even bother to have any sort of customer service I hate this place start all over with new employees and reevaluate the cleanliness

By far the word Starbucks I have ever been to. Since it’s located in the Citadel Outlets I knew that the lines would be long but sheesh, the baristas here are running around with their heads cut off. No one knew what they were doing and what could have been something so smooth was utter chaos. Seriously, they had plenty of people working to get their customers served with ease, but no such luck. I thought I would come and grab some drinks while my sister-in-law grabbed some food for my nieces. They were practically finished with their food by the time I got to the table. Luckily the drinks were made properly unlike some other people who were still waiting when I walked outside. Unfortunately if you are trying to grab a coffee or something for the kiddos then better grab it at another Starbucks. Hopefully the baristas can get it together.

You can’t be too picky when you have an outlet mall and Starbucks together. This store is going to be packed and lines long. So make sure that when you are needing your coffee break you head over as soon as possible to subdue the the urge to go crazy!

This Starbucks is located at the Citadel outlet. I was here on a Saturday, so it was packed. Yet, I still waited in line for a good 10 minutes for a drink. Gotta quench my thirst, ya know? Service was good, but when I was waiting for my drink, I was watching the barista make all the drinks. Can someone answer why the baristas are so skimpy on the whipped cream? The tiny little dollop of whipped cream that gets placed onto the drinks just makes the overall drink look so sad. There are some tables inside here, but there are tables outside too, if it’s too crowded inside.

Almost like an oasis at the end of the Outlets. A place to wash up have a frappacinno, kick up your feet and take a breather. The line is long, but usually moves pretty quick. Chairs and patio outside with 40 minute parking as well. A little pit stop, thirst quencher to continue shopping or just heading home.
