Today I walked into Starbucks and ordered an iced white chocolate mocha and they respond, «expresso machine is broken» how does that even happen? Who is managing this place? A monkey?

I ordered a iced white chocolate mocha and the barista in drive thru hands it to me with coffee overflowing the cup. I grabbed it and automatically my hands were sticky. I looked at him and he says, «that’s how they handed it to me» smh he did offer to double cup it. Horrible experience here. I ended up going to coffee bean in commerce and I loved it. Coffee was great as well as the customer service

I will have to improve my rating since I come here often. Yes, the drive through still takes forever. However, the experience is better when I go inside. Although parking is always a problem. Most(not all) of their employees are friendly. The ones who are great make up for those that are meh. I know it’s a hard job and they get really busy so I cut them some slack for all their efforts.

People here are very rude! The cashier was ok but the guy handling the coffee was rude so was the one we asked to open the restroom as if we were asking for something free.

I love starbucks and I go here pretty often. They get my drinks right most of the time and I haven’t had a bad experience with it. The drive thru is pretty convenient for me too but my only complaint is that it gets too busy sometimes and the wait can be pretty long! Other than that I’m always happy when I have my Starbucks!

The absolute worst. Every time I come here they get something wrong, burn something or forget something. I just don’t understand it. When you try to correct it or let them know they messed up, they get attitude. Like the time I ordered salted caramel cake pops and the girl just gave me birthday cake because they were all out and when I told her she replied«that’s all we have…» then told me if I wanted a refund I had to get out the drive thru and come in…

Starbucks gave a cup of coffee to All veterans on nov 11th. Very much appreciated and will go to Starbucks a lot more in the future. Great tasting coffee too! Thanks Starbucks.

I’m currently stuck in the drive thru. It took 5 min to order and find out they’re out of soy. Only other option was coconut, I’m alergic. Won’t be back

Great quick service! Will fix your drink without an attitude if it’s not exactly what you like!

I was so loyal to this Starbucks for a long time until recently. It’s 3pm and they’re out of mango and peach syrup and they close till 10pm so idk but they’re about to have a bad day if they don’t have those things.

Can I just say that is the best location near my work?! They are so quick!!! And so friendly!!! I’ve gone to the one located on Goodrich and not only is their line all the way out the parking lot but they take too long and they’re not personable. So I decided to drive down a bit further from work to this location and umm, yesssss. Everyone here is so pleasant and has a great attitude. They are very prompt as they know we all need to get to work etc. I usually come between 8am –8:30am and have never had a problem w service or the line. They always remember my order too! I definitely recommend this location over the Goodrich one, especially if you’re in a hurry!!!

Yes, I am currently the Duchess here! It’s a good feeling to pull up to order in the drive thru and the Barrister knows exactly what I want!!! Luv it!

I’ve been to this Starbucks a few times and I always experience the same problems. They never get my drink correctly. First, I have to repeat my order several times and then they don’t follow the right recipe. Twice in the last two weeks, I have gone to get a S’mores frappuccino only to get some altered version of it. Instead of marshmallow whip, they put regular whip cream and instead of sprinkling graham cracker crumbles to top it off, they add… nothing! Nada. Zilch. Please Starbucks, stop ruining one of my favorite drinks.

5 stars for this location, all the way! Even slower experiences are made up for by the wonderful Daisy and Michelle! They work the early morning shift, and they always greet me with a smile and start my morning off right. They know my order already, they ask how I’m doing, they wish me a good day, wish me a good weekend, ask about my wild hair(blue, purple and turquoise currently), we show off our tats to each other, etc. In short, they are good customer service personified. I’m not a morning person at all, but they start my day right and make me feel so much better about having to wake up early and drive all the way to Commerce for work. Plus, they caffeinate me, so I’d give 10 stars for that if I could. Early evening service is a little bit slower, but drinks are always made perfectly and I’d rather wait in a long line and support this Starbucks that go anywhere else. Managers, please read this and reward Michelle and Daisy, they deserve a raise, a promotion, or something! :)

Customer Service kind of sucks, is always busy and don’t mind that at all but some employees don’t even know how to make the drinks. There was a girl who charged me this morning and didn’t even know how to count the change. I was short. No doubt I love to live in Irvine, customer service is way better ! I don’t care if I’m criticized for my comment but we have the freedom of speech

Wow this is honestly the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Drive thru took forever and they forgot the order. Double confirmed about the specs of the drink, and what they gave me was way off. Went back in calmly and cheerfully and they still didn’t offer to replace it. They did say sorry though. I just fixed it the best I could with the cream and sugar. Felt like the twilight of Starkucks… Don’t pull off the 5 for this place, drive to the next one.

After noticing a solid improvement in both service and store appearance over the last few months, I had to go back and revise my original 2 star rating to 3 stars. You’re alright Starbuck’s of Commerce.

I am an avid Starbucks drinker and always in need of my coffee every morning to start off my day. This was not my usual Starbucks I go to daily. I decided to come to this location to avoid the traffic on the freeway. I came here a couple months back to grab a cup of black coffee. Decided to walk in the store because the drive thru had a long line of cars. The environment was the same as all other Starbucks that I’ve been to. Reasonably staffed with Baristas. There were about 4 people waiting in front of me. 20 minutes passes by and I have not ordered yet. Are you kidding me? Never in my life have I ever waited so long to order from Starbucks before. Another 5 minutes later, I finally was able to order and grab my coffee to go. I swore that I would never come to this location again. Today, same situation happened with traffic and I decided to give this location a try again. This time I saw the line in the store so I decided to try drive thru. WORSEIDEAEVER. Waited 30 minutes at the drive thru for a cup of coffee. seriously? Why is it that every location that I’ve been to only takes about 5 minutes to order and get my coffee, but this location is extra slow? Either the baristas need to be taught the sense of urgency or they need to find faster employees. I understand that it always gets busy in the mornings because everybody is in need of their coffee, but 30 minutes is a little ridiculous. Your customers expect to have fast service especially in the morning when we are all in a rush to get to work. Definitely will not be going back to this location ever again. I rather wait in traffic on the freeway and go back to my normal location where they take less than 5 minutes for your order. This will still be faster than waiting in that horrible drive thru line.

I’ve been here a few times now, when I meet up halfway with Long Beach folks for a delightful Saturday afternoon doing paperwork(party girl, right here). The parking lot is arranged strangely, and save for 4 – 5 spaces directly next to the Starbucks, the spaces are marked as one hour or less(there were enough free spots on the weekend that I wasn’t worried about moving my car). It’s a Starbucks. It has the exact menu you expect and the exact everything you expect, although this one had only one public-use trashcan, way over in a corner of the store. The employees were nice enough. Lots of natural light during daytime. The Starbucks music you expect was on the speakers, although kinda loud. The women’s restroom could DEFINITELY be cleaned more often, although people who are clearly, uh, ill in the restroom should also wipe up after themselves. Halfway point it shall continue to be for fun weekend afternoons.

my sister, my boyfriend and I wanted to get something to drink at Starbucks I notice cashier Raul was trying to explain the type of drinks they have to person in front of me. I was able to tell cashier Raul was getting upset and annoyed. When my time was up to order Raul was giving me attitude he seemed aggressive. My sister notice his action told me his ready to kick some ass. I told her let him try. I have always consider Starbucks a place where you can relax, enjoy a book to read, conversate with friends. Not a place where I’m about to get assaulted by the employee. Very disappointed with this Starbucks. Please retrain Raul or buddy get yourself another job.
