The customer service here is horrible and whack ass fuck, staff is very unprofessional and hood like … Not helpful or welcoming at all! Will never come here again I guess since it’s an «outlet» store they hire «outlet» like people! So not a good experience.

The systems were down on my initial visit. The manager at the time took my transaction with the old school tool that takes a carbon copy of your card. The crew was very helpful and were a friendly bunch. I appreciated all of the help. They have a large hat selection to choose from. They have the dodgers spring training hats. Which was the main purpose of my visit.

Went in today to look for something cheap to work out in. I was greeted by the workers there. there was like 5 of them in one small store. I looked around and was helped by a girl with a grey nike hat. there was a sweet sale for 50% off hats. I finally found one dodger hat I liked and was rung up by the Asian employee. I think his name was Robert. He was super polite and rung me up quickly. They also do embroidery here. I would never need to but its good to know. Thanks guys.
