Really really really superb restaurant. Great service professionally done. Steaks were absolutely I think the best we’ve ever had. We know steaks. Prime rib was perfectly done medium rare my husband had the ribeye. Salads were fresh. The place was packed at 5:45 at night.

I was hesitant to visit this location but pleasantly surprised after my visit on a Wednesday night. As a frequent traveler I eat out a lot, this chain usually is better than most. I had the 8oz filet(med) with asparagus & Mac& cheese. Steak was seasoned pretty decent and cooked very well. The quality seemed good for a filet and was tender throughout. I had the mushrooms with the steak so it had plenty of flavor. The asparagus was good and the M&C was outstanding. I sat at the bar and the bartender was very attentive and friendly. Exactly what a traveler is looking for, a little conversation and good food. This is one of the good ones, Stop by!

I’ve been to Longhorns before. I’ve been to THIS Longhorns before. The food was decent but not great. As an appetizer we tried the pretzels and also the shrimp artichoke dip. The real stand out there was the fried chips for the dip. The dip tasted good but was more of a cheese and oil dip. I had a salad with bleu cheese dressing. The salad was straight from the cooler with some dressing dumped on top. My wife ordered the same salad sans onions. Her salad came out and there were the onions right on top. I also had the new lamb chop entrée. Normally I would have the prime rib but they were sold out,… on a Thursday. WTH? I ordered the chops medium, just like the menu recommended. It came out medium well. This entrée comes with horseradish mashed potatoes. I expected some tanginess but instead was hit with heat. Too much heat really. The horseradish successfully overpowered any other flavor that may have been contained within. The«wilted spinach» that separated the potatoes from the chops was a nice thought, but ultimately ineffective after being drowned out by the potatoes. The restroom was bad. Like hadn’t been mopped in a WHILE bad. Like, footprints of urine on the floor bad. The saving grace for the night was our server Brad. He was fast and friendly. We never saw the bottom of our glasses and he made time for pleasant conversation with the table without hovering. Great service, not so great everything else. Too bad, I really like Longhorns when they get it right. There are WAY better options right around this the corner from place. Especially since the kitchen seems to have given up.

I can’t speak on the food since no one ever came over to take my food or drink order. I am in town for an event in Athens and staying in Commerce. Decided to get something to eat at Longhorn on 441. I was seated at a table and waited for several minutes. I know the wait staff saw me since I was seated in the middle of the restaurant and she helped the lady at the next table with her grandchild. I don’t pay for unacceptable service so I got up and walked out.

I will have to say from all the times I go here this was the worst experience. I ordered a burger med well with fries. It was 45 minutes before my party got their order. When we did my burger was dry and burnt and so was the bun. I told the waiter and he asked if I wanted it put back in the grill after I told him it was burnt. I told him no and he said he would get me another. It wasn’t till about that time I was offers my second refill. It took about 15 minutes and my new order came back. The burger was cooked perfect but then the fries was raw and cold in the middle which the first order was good. I usually go here twice a week and I will go back but if this happens again I will have to move my business somewhere else.

Today I waited so long for a drink refill that my food got cold. The waitress was on the phone instead of waiting tables. Such poor service that I’ll never go back.

The food was a bit over salted, but for the most part a good experience for a chain restaurant. The wedge salad was very nice and the asparagus was cooked perfectly. The pork chops were very tinder. I really enjoy pork when it’s not too dry & overcooked and this was a perfect example of that other than a touch too much salt.

Dined here on Labor Day, no wait around 4PM, then started getting more crowded. Server was attentive. I ordered the 6 oz sirloin which was plenty of meat for me. Had good taste, a little salty. The veggies were cooked well. The bread cam out warm and fresh, with a crusty top. The guests right behind our table were very loud and distracting. Would have been nice for manager to come by and maybe offer us something for the disruptive dinner. Overall, good visit.

This restaurant and all the other ones on this exit are on a DRY County… no alcohol or beer sales at all on Sunday. It sucks to be driving 5 or 6 hours and want a beer with your steak. Good was good, service is good, but man not having a nice cold Blue Moon kinda sucks

Had such a nice dinner and our waitress Anna was a doll! This is by far the prettiest Longhorn Steakhouse I’ve ever been to– and the food was good too!

Food is ok, a little too salty, but my complaint is the time it took us to get it! We went in in a Monday night, party of six, which I would expect any waitress could handle competently. It was by no means crowded. Our waitress was personable, but never came by after taking our order to get us refills. After waiting a half hour, I flagged her down for water and to check the status of our food. And to get more bread — 1 basket doesn’t go far with 6 hungry people! All in all we waited almost an hour. I think the problem was more with expediting in the kitchen, but I would have preferred better service from our polite waitress.

Ever since Darden bought this franchise Longhorn’s has gone down hill. High prices and poor food seems to be the new standard. We had a very lousy experience. Had 1 small salad, 1 chicken salad, 2 glasses of tea and 2 cups of coffee. Prices are out of site. Each coffee was $ 2.59 Service was the only good part of the meal. Gave a $ 5.00 tip and left. Total expenditures $ 30.51 Never again.

Stopped in here this Good Friday. Was no wait, but about 80% full. The server was nice. However, that is about the end of the good. There were 5 of us, and only one order could even be considered close to complete. One member was still waiting for their food when most of the others were done. When the manager brought that person’s food over finally, it was refused as the rest of us had finished eating(after 2 mixups of not getting the right dish, we started eating so our food wouldn’t be cold). The manager looked at me(not intentionally) and made a face like«What is this woman’s problem?» which I thought was completely unprofessional. Every server was over worked, every table had problems we witnessed, including the couple behind us who ended up leaving and one of them with food untouched. If I had to pinpoint the issue, it would be extremely poor management, infecting everything else at this location. I will not be back.

I get in the mood for steak every few months. I had a great porterhouse with steamed aspargus, great service, and a good bottle of wine. if we had a longhorn @ my beach i might eat more meat.

Really enjoyed my experience here. I arrived 30 minutes before closing and the food was still fresh including the bread. Dinner was delicious. Ordered the 6 oz sirloin with green beans. Both were very good. Their skinny margarita is very good too. Staff very friendly even though it was closing time and I am sure they were ready to go they didn’t act like it.

So «this» Longhorn Steakhouse is not where its at. The longhorn is Atlanta is wayyyyyyyyyy better. We had a wonderful server the food was just ugh. I ordered what i «Always» order so i’m an expert and know exactly how my longhorn salmon is suppose to taste. Ugh and my salmon was really nasty but I paid 14.79 so I had no choice but to eat it. The fresh vegetables were tasty and the rice was ok… but overrall it was an «f» for effort.
