I remember wearing Osh Kosh as a child, so naturally I had to take my baby here! The store was stocked and very organized, despite it being a holiday weekend. The customer service was alright, nothing really notable there. Looking back, maybe it wasn’t a good idea to take a one-month to Citadel outlets during New Years weekend, but heeeyy we scored 3 pairs of the cutest denim overalls for $ 60. Can’t wait for the weather to get warmer so she can wear them out — will post some pics then! Sign up on their email blast and get coupon codes for in-store purchases.

worst customer service! situation was 1 cashier and i guess a manager. and there was only one customer in front of us. my wife and i waited for 25 minutes and then just decided to leave. the person in front of us was returning stuff… the guy folding the clothes could have easily rung us out. but instead he ducked his head down and continued to fold clothes. i went to carters and they gave us a 20 percent discount on top of our total price.

so i came in on friday 2÷27÷15 with my 6month old and my 6year old. so I’m shopping around with my 2 kids and another woman also has a stroller so its kind of hard to go around her so I ask my son to wait in line for me while i waited in the front next to the cashier. My son was 3rd in line(in front of the other 2 woman with the stroller) so when it was his turn to go i told him to come and i walked up to the register. As I’m giving the cashier my items i hear the 2 woman say in a low voice(she cut. yeah she cut) and i ignore it as i know i did no cut. Maybe they didn’t see my son in FRONT of them but then again how could you not. So i continued paying and i still heard them talking about how i «cut» i was very annoyed at this point so i turned around and told them semi loudly«my son was standing in line for me.» so one of the woman(who was the mother of the other woman) said«oh ok thats what i thought» but the daughter(who had a new born baby AND a 6 – 7 year old was saying«who is she talking to?!» and«i didn’t ask her!» clearly everyone could here. However that girl, never made her comments directly at me, she was saying them to her mom? really? Then she changed her tone and in a low voice i heard her say«stupid bitch» ok so why the change of tone? all I’m thinking is i am a grown woman(25) with my 2 kids and I’m not going to start anything. That is really ghetto and embarrassing on the other girls behalf. I get it so why the 1 star rating? its not the stores fault for the ignorant/bad/ghetto customers right? Right, however this is an outlet. People from many different parts of the world go to the outlets. Just go and have a seat on a bench and just look at the diversity of people. so having said that, the cashier who was a young guy with a beanie and glasses totally ignored the situation and rang me up, gave me my receipt and i left. I felt unsafe for my kids, and myself. what the cashier should have done was tell the woman that that was inappropriate and they were going to have to calm down or they were going to have to ask them to leave.(something along those lines) if that doesn’t work then call security, this is an outlet! you have a lot of security. But the cashier seemed very timid and scared himself-_– the staff did not know how to handle this situation and me having my kids there alone with me, that made me very upset. thats why i give this a 1 star rating.

This place has reasonable prices on the quality of clothing. However, this particular store has very rude staff. Maybe they are all having a bad day at the same time.

The legendary OshKosh B’Gosh is still around and doing the same great(cute!) clothes. I’ve given this brand out as gifts for many years simply because it’s fun to say. The prices are reasonable. Considering the kid will wear most things a dozen times and then have the nerve to grow out of them! Alas, this year I had no munchkins on my list, but it was great to go in and browse. Fond memories of sticky hands and one lost shoe… stop me if you’ve heard this waxing poetic…
