Purchased a men’s jacket over the weekend for my son. Didn’t really pay attention to the quality of the jacket. My son realized when he got home and decided to try on once again, the stitching of the jacket was coming apart, it was torn in the pocket and basically the jacket was just bad, poor quality. Last night I decide to take it back for a full refund, I was very disappointed as they only do exchange or store credit! Like really!!! All of there merchandise look like downtown LA/alleys clothes quality. Lesson learned.

I wish I would have seen these other reviews before even walking in there. Would NEVER have walked in. I was picking up a birthday gift for a friend to get for another friends birthday and found a shirt that was an option. The FIRST thing I noticed was that all shirts on display were folded with the tissue in them, which doesn’t make it very user-friendly to browse the racks. Minor point — but I’ve never seen that in another store. OK so then I picked something(which was a WAY overpriced T-Shirt) and since I was picking this up as a gift from another friend I had their credit card. The lady that checked me out was not really rude or nice, but just not helpful. Sort of robotic. She wouldn’t let me use the card as it didn’t have my name on it.(Just as a note I have used someone else’s credit card for WAY more than $ 50 at a MUCH nicer high-end store with zero problem. So I should have run away right then.) Instead, I paid cash. It gets worse… I went back home and showed the person I was getting the gift for(to give to another). They didn’t like it so asked that I return it and go to another store. Turns out the stores return policy is Exchange or Store Credit ONLY. WHODOESTHAT!!! I asked and basically begged and pleaded with the girl(unfortunately the one who rang me up earlier was the store manager and was still there…) to please give me cash back as I didn’t know their policy when I was buying, and I needed to get another gift. She wouldn’t budge ATALL. So I got store credit. I told her she might want to post a sign or tell customers their return policy, and she pointed to a small sign on the counter(right where I had put my purse) and that since it was a gift, I should have asked. Riiight. Will never go here again — except now I have a gift card there. Cool.

If i could give zero star, i will. I walk in there on 7÷25÷15 afternoon trying to try on a pair of shoes, right when i about to try on, this associate name Algie with no smile at all told me i need to wear«try on socks» before i’m allowed to try it on. Seriously? What about their high heels? Does people wear socks to try on high heel? I mean even other way more expensive brand name store doesn’t ask customer to wear«try on socks» before allowed to try on their shoes. Is this an Louis Vuitton store? Does this store want business? If that really is the store policy, then obviously they don’t want business treating customer like this as if they are some super high class super expensive shoes when they are selling it under $ 50? Coach nearby sells $ 100-$ 200 per pair of shoes doesn’t treat customer that way. Maybe that’s why it’s so empty inside this store. If it’s just the associate’s problem & not the store policy, then this girl Algie is obviously very rude, she’s helping the boss push away customers. I went back in to ask another girl for this associate’s name. I’m writing this because i want manager/boss to be aware of this, with this kind of associate & customer service, good luck to your business.
